Your donations make Pet Haven’s work possible. You’re helping us provide for the needs of these animals through rescuing, rehabilitation, and rehoming. This includes many needs including high-quality food, the best possible veterinary care, behavior support for emotional well-being, supplies needed, and support for our foster volunteers and adoptive families.
There are many ways that you can donate to support Pet Haven. Please consider one of the many options below. Thank you for your continued support.
Pet Haven is a 501(c)(3) organization, Federal EIN 41-6040860, which means your donations are tax-deductible. We do not sell, share, or trade donor information.
It’s easy to make a donation online or mail your donation to PO Box 19105, Minneapolis, MN 55419. You can designate your gift in memory or honor of a person or animal or recognize a special occasion. Pet Haven will also mail a personal acknowledgment if requested. Please include the email and or address or the person you would like the acknowledgment sent to. Donations are 100% tax deductible.
Does your employer match donations? Don’t forget that your employer may match your donation through their matching gift program. If so, make sure to let your employer know about your donation and double your impact.

You can make a profound difference for a Pet Haven foster animal by donating to their care. Many of Pet Haven’s animals suffer from neglect or abuse and require specialized medical care. Pet Haven’s Phoenix Fund is dedicated to rehabilitating and mending broken bones, curing illnesses, and restoring health. Pet Haven’s Rainbow Fund seeks to honor the cats and dogs in our care who are in hospice or have crossed the rainbow bridge. Often, these animals are the least acknowledged while having some of the highest costs due to long-term and emergency care. Consider honoring a pet who has passed by donating to the Rainbow Fund. Pet Haven works with local partner shelters to identify Minnesota pets at risk of euthanasia due to unwanted unadoptable behavior. Many of these behaviors will resolve after leaving a shelter environment. These pets need extra time, care, and behavior rehabilitation. We are here to help. Pet Haven is always in need of supplies such as dog and cat food, litter, toys, paper towels, and cleaning supplies. We also have many options listed on our shopping wishlists with kitty and puppy food as our largest need.
