He's an athletic fellow who loves to climb and jump onto higher surfaces. He relishes the panoramic view and is a pro at keeping tabs on his humans from above. Vander is also very playful and can often be found rolling around in his cat tunnels, making his humans laugh and smile with his silly antics. If you can't find Vander up high in his cat tree, you’ll probably find him on a human’s lap, soaking up love and attention. Vander is FIV+, but that doesn't mean he can't live a long, normal, and healthy life! Cats with FIV commonly have average lifespans. Because FIV is spread only through deep bite wounds, FIV positive cats are able to live with FIV negative cats in stable social environments. He'll play with just about anything, including various cat toys, brooms, and shoelaces. He is friendly and outgoing when meeting new people for the first time. Buddy is extremely chatty and has a lot of funny and interesting vocalizations that make us laugh. He's also pretty persistent when he encounters something he isn't allowed to do, and he's very smart, so he'll need someone who's willing to take the time to divert his energy and train him consistently on the rules in his new home. Buddy is very affectionate, sleeping with or near his humans at night and curling up on our laps. Buddy loves to watch the birds outside our window and chatter at them. His main hobby, though, is playing with his cat toys, especially a worm wand toy that he proudly carries around in his mouth after hunting his prey. He has a very long attention span and will play for a long time. He also spends time plotting how to get into closets and cupboards. We play with him as often as we can, because he has a lot of energy and craves human interaction. That might involve throwing a ping-pong ball for him to chase, playing with his wand toy, or supervising him while he plays with feather toys. He sleeps through the night on a chair near the bed. Buddy has had several fosters (due to schedules), and all of his fosters have fallen head over heels in love with him because he's so friendly and loving. He currently lives with two humans in a house. We think this handsome fellow will do well with a person or family who's willing and able to spend time interacting with him and playing with him, possibly including another active cat. At one of his foster homes, he lived with three resident cats and got along extremely well with them after a very short time. He has been around kids and was sweet, patient, and didn't seem afraid of them at all. We have not observed him around dogs, but our hunch is that he'd be OK with a dog who is used to cats. This adorable guy has a lot of energy, curiosity, and intelligence that needs to be channeled into fun enrichment activities. He would thrive with people who are around a lot and would enjoy sharing his playtime shenanigans.

I love to follow my humans around the house to keep them company, but I will take occasional breaks for bird watching, closet naps, and playing with my toys. If you work from home, I will frequently greet your co-workers via webcam and give you lots of at-the-desk snuggles. I absolutely love to receive pets and will help you out by sticking my booty in the air and/or flopping on the ground to give you tummy access. Cold objects fascinate me so if you have a refrigerator that I can stick my head in occasionally, or a (screened) window you can open so I can feel the cool air, that will make me very happy. I use my litter box perfectly and always keep the area clean and I am a great eater who never begs for food or treats. When I go to new places and meet new people, I get nervous, so I will be asking for some personal space for the first few days. When I’m ready for you to come near, I’ll give you a chirp and some leg rubs to let you know that things are all good now. Because I had some siblings I didn’t get along with so well in my past house, it’s important that I have a home to myself, free of other animals and small children (gentle, cat-savvy tweens and teens would be okay). But please don’t worry! I am extremely patient, gentle, and loving with my humans as soon as I get to know you. Will you be my new family?

He is very cuddly and affectionate. He does well with calm cats. On the other hand, he does get overstimulated easily with petting and can get pretty spicy, therefore someone that is very patient and has experience with cats is a must. Michael's favorite thing to do is watch TV! He loves watching TV like a human, and will sit with you and watch movies and shows, while paying attention to everything that's going on the TV. He also absolutely loves sitting in the window, especially if he can smell the fresh air and hear the birds.He loves strings and wands. He currently lives mostly in his foster room with supervised time roaming around the house. There are 3 adults and 4 other cats in the home. Michael needs stability and a low stress environment. He will need someone that can respect him and his space while he adjusts to his new home. Michael has a history of urinary crystals therefore he is on a urinary diet of mostly wet food. His litter box should be monitored to make sure he is urinating adequately. He will need someone that can understand his needs and respond to him. It would be great if his owner has previous experience with cats! She likes being around her humans, hanging out in the same space, and playing with them; she also loves to be petted! However, she does not enjoy being picked up, and is not a cuddly cat that enjoys spending time on lots of laps. She prefers for her paws to be on the ground. She comes up to say hello and ask for pets in her own time. She will need ample time and patience to adjust to a new home. Jolly's favorite hobby is going out on the deck to smell the fresh air, watch the birds and bunnies, and catch some bugs! She really enjoys lounging in the sun in her favorite chair out there! She also absolutely loves the other cats in the house and frequently seeks them out to hang out with them and to ask for kisses. Jolly's daily routine includes eating 3 meals a day, getting some exercise, playing with her kitty friends, and lounging in the sun. She could stand to lose a small bit of weight, therefore it would be ideal that she be fed scheduled meals and regular exercise. She likes to steal food from her friends whenever she gets a chance. This sweet lady currently lives in a house with 3 adult humans and 4 cats. She hasn't met a dog, but may do okay with a calm and respectful cat savvy doggo. She hasn't met any children, but because she prefers to be handled on her own terms, would probably prefer a home with older kids, if any. Jolly's ideal home would be a quiet and stable home with no young children. Because of the confidence and companionship that her cat friends provide her, she will either need to go to a home with existing cats, or be adopted with at least one other cat. This lovely lady would also love to be able to go out on an enclosed porch or patio for some safe outdoor time, where she can watch the birds and bugs!

Our foster mom says we’re sweet, playful, and curious. We love trailing her around the house; wherever she goes, we follow. You’ll often find us perched on the cat tree, enjoying the view from above. We’re very playful and always ready for a game with a wand toy. Having lived with many other cats, we’re open to making new friends—whether they’re brothers or sisters, the more, the merrier! Sit down with an empty lap and April will be your BFF lap cat for as long as you will sit still. Despite her age, she can still run, jump, climb and play and would enjoy living in an active household with multiple people to give her love and attention. Small, erratic children might scare April at first, but she would do well with school-age kids who want to give her lots of love and play-time. April lived with her kitty "sister" Phoebe until April 2023 when her elderly owner died suddenly. A family member and current foster adopted both April and Phoebe and they moved to their new home. However, the stress of losing their long-time owner and moving from the only home they knew made Phoebe very anxious and reactive. Phoebe started lashing out at April and she has not been able to adjust to sharing the new home with April. After months of trying to help them peacefully coexist, the foster and Pet Haven staff feel it would be best for both cats not to live together. April adjusted easily after her move in the spring so she should do well in a new home after a decompression period. April is up to date on all vaccinations and vet care. She has had her teeth cleaned regularly throughout her life with some teeth needing to be extracted. That doesn't stop her from eating well-in fact, she loves to eat! April has some digestive symptoms such as occasional vomiting and diarrhea. Feeding her using slow feeders has helped her eat more slowly, reducing the vomiting. She is currently being evaluated for IBS and trying a prescription diet. The vet is also monitoring her kidney function as she ages, but no treatment has been necessary yet. The current owner/foster is willing to consider assisting with the cost of April's future medical care if needed. April is a great combination of affectionate and active, but not overly energetic or demanding. She would likely do well with friendly cats, dogs and children over 5 years old. He is quiet at first and takes time to warm up to new people, but when he is comfortable, he is VERY playful; this guy loves to be brushed and receive pets. He also really enjoys scratching his cardboard scratchers and playing with kicker toys. Bart loves to chase ribbon/wand toys, he likes to gaze out of windows, he LOVES food and treats, and is always finding cozy spots to sleep in. This guy’s favorite thing is catnip, and if you give him a little pile of it, he makes the cutest face trying to eat it! A friendly boy, Bartholomew likes his play time with his person a lot, especially as he is still getting used to the indoor life. Sometimes he needs to warm up to play time with a treat or some catnip. Otherwise, he is independent and curious. Currently he is in his own room away from other cats but is slowly being introduced to them to eventually be around them if all goes well. (It would not be his fault if things didn't go well, as his foster mom has some spoiled stinkers in the house!) So far, I could see Bart doing well with most types of homes. I would not recommend a home with small pets (guinea pigs, hamsters, etc.), as he did live outside and has some hunting experience. He has not been observed in the presence of a dog, but slow introductions are the key to any new animal relationships and can make all the difference! I think he would really like to be with other friendly young cats in his forever home, ideally. His forever humans will need to be patient with him and should start him out in a small space of his own, like a bedroom or office. He shows signs of great trust with his foster parents but is still unsure and reserved at times. He will be a different cat a year from now; he just needs more exposure to humans and human kindness! Bartholomew had some broken teeth, his upper canines specifically, which are a cat’s longest teeth. Because if this, he gets a bit of a lip curl that is adorable! But he eats just fine and is unbothered by it! He should have only unscented litter, as he may have allergies to the scented variety. This adorable boy is FIV+, but that doesn’t mean he can’t live a long, normal, and healthy life! Cats with FIV commonly have average lifespans. Because FIV is spread only through deep bite wounds, FIV positive cats are able to live with FIV negative cats in stable social environments, and not pass on the virus. Zachary is a precious soul kitty with a personality that shines. While he takes a couple days to initially warm up to new surroundings, when given patience and space he slowly emerges from his shell. Speaking softly to him helps him feel safe and loved, and before you know it this sweet boy will seek you out to enjoy quality time together. He is playful and chatty and makes his humans feel so loved. This beautiful grey boy enjoys spending time playing with fluffy balls and engaging in solo play sessions. One of his most favorite hobbies includes snoozing in the sun on his favorite cat tree. Overall, Zachary has a pretty mellow personality. He likes to snooze during the day, coming out for attention and pets along the way. He’ll also never turn down a little cat treat snack. Zachary is currently living in a 1-bed apartment with 1 human and no other animals. He would thrive best in a quiet and predictable environment that respects his boundaries. Mama Lambie may be a bit quiet and reserved at first but once she gets comfortable, she is a full-on kitten who loves constant attention and affection. She enjoys her cardio, so you'll often find her running around doing zoomies, playing with the feather-on-the-stick toy, and chasing after balls. Chin scratches are Mama L.'s favorite and she rolls around for brushing and cat nip. She happily gobbles up squeezable treats and can be won over quickly by using them. Mama Lambie doesn't love being picked up but tolerates being moved a couple feet. She can be vocal when wanting attention and may do best in a home without shared walls. Mama Lambie currently has her own room where she loves the tall cat trees in front of the open windows. It is full of fun toys and has many areas to perch. This lovely lady enjoys checking out the neighborhood, so would thrive with a home with a window seat or cat climber to let her see the world. She would also love a home where she has room to run and roam with humans who are around a lot to play and interact with her often. This sweet girl does well with respectful, older children who understand basic cat behaviors, including avoidance. She is slowly being introduced to other adult cats and to small dogs and may need a longer than normal introduction period. She may not do well with large dogs given her history prior to coming into Pet Haven's care, unless the large dog is quite uninterested in any interaction. Mama Lambie has done a wonderful job with her children and is now ready to be the center of someone's world herself. Could that be with you?

First, Tigger! He is curious, energetic and playful. This lovely tabby guy is outgoing and always up for pets--he loves it when anyone rubs or gently scratches his chin and back. Tigger expresses his happiness through licking with his rough tongue, and with occasional slight bites--although these can easily be redirected. Tigger is active and enjoys playing with toys; he is especially attracted to the ones with lights and sounds. Second is Milo. He is observant, calm and gentle. Milo is sweet and observant; he is content to stay in the corner watching others play. But this lovely panther also likes to climb--the cat tree is one of his favorite places to stay. Milo will come down when it is his idea--this cute guy is very self-disciplined and not easily motivated by toys and treats. Milo currently lives with his foster and his bonded friend Tigger in a cat-loving apartment. This handsome sleek dude eats two meals a day, in the late morning and early evening. He loves to stay in his favorite cozy places all the time, so he needs someone to chase him around (perhaps with his bff Tigger) to start exercising--or if you happen to have a cat running wheel, see if he'd like to give it a try. They are good with cats, would do well with cat-savvy kids, and are currently unknown with dogs.

My foster parents say I’m one of the most fun cats they’ve ever fostered, and they’ve had many cats. While I believe everything is better with Cheddar, I’m not for everyone. I need a home where my cat antics are truly appreciated. I’m always trying to get involved in everything. Putting groceries in the fridge? I’ll jump in and show you where to put things. Opening a cupboard? I’ll investigate. Making lunch? I’ll help. Just don’t leave the loaf of bread out. I’ve been known to drag the entire loaf into my room to save it for later. I’m very playful and chase balls and springs all around the house. I even play fetch sometimes. My current record is returning a ball eight times before moving on to a different game. Some might find my antics annoying, but I just want to be around you and be involved in your activities. I’m looking for a best friend who I can follow around, talk to (I’m very vocal), and do everything with—boundaries aren’t my thing. If you don’t close the bathroom door all the way, I might even join you in the shower. I’m also a very loving and affectionate cat. When I eventually tire, I’ll search out a lap for plenty of pets and scratches. I play hard and cuddle hard and have a great purr. My foster parents would love to keep me, but I don’t get along with other cats. I’ll need a home where I’m the only cat. However, I love my foster’s cocker spaniel, and we’re best friends. It would be amazing if I could find a home with a cat-friendly dog and I could teach it how to do cat stuff! He enjoys jumping up on beds, dressers, couches, and occasionally counters to explore and has even tried to run into the shower! He also is very well trained in that if you kindly tell him 'no', he understands. He also is very affectionate and loves to spend time with his people, whether it's cuddling or hanging out from a distance. This funny guy can be sassy and vocal and will often respond to you if you talk to him. He LOVES mealtime and gets visibly excited about his food. He also enjoys treats, specifically tuna. Please note that he is currently cautious around men, but in time he will warm up given gentle introductions. He enjoys napping, looking out the window and watching, relaxing in his kitty house, cuddling with his humans, and playing with his toys. He LOVES catnip and has a wonderful time playing with the toys that have catnip stuffed in them—specifically, a little knit strawberry. His favorite spot to nap is underneath my bed on a blanket, or up on the edge of my bed. Arfur’s energy level is pretty mild to low, befitting his elder statesman status; he often spends his time napping and lounging, with occasional bursts of energy to play with his toys. He does enjoy walking around our apartment and inspecting everything. He is a pro at snuggling and getting ready for dinner time; this social boy will hang out until bedtime and keep you company. Currently, Arfur lives in a 2-bedroom apartment with 3 college girls. This tabby guy’s ideal home is one with someone who works from home or who is around a lot to give him all the attention, care, and interaction he deserves in his golden years. He will do best in a place with windows for him to look out of and places for him to hide and snuggle up. He also will thrive in a home with no dogs (cats and children are unknown). Per his vet’s recommendation, Arfur is on a special urinary diet to keep him healthy and happy; his forever humans would have to commit to continuing to give him this food. (Arfur does not have kidney disease, however.) This lovely, snuggly boy is so ready to enjoy his golden years in a calm, loving home with humans who can cuddle him and windows with perches to welcome him. These two love to play!! The are excited to play tag and will immediately go after any catnip toy within sight! They will snuggle and groom each other in the chair by the window. And they sure come running when they hear the treat tub! These sweet guys are very energetic; they play and wrestle constantly. This dynamic duo currently lives with 1 human, 1 small dog, and 5 other old lady cats. Chaucer and Donne would do best in an active home with room to play and younger animals that can put up with their rambunctiousness. These fun boys are social and great with everyone. They will need slow introductions for new dogs and cats, but they're extremely accepting. These adorable boys will be thrilled to find their forever family. Chaucer needs more time to adjust than Donne, but they are both such lovely guys. When he's not requesting scratches he can often be found laying in front of the patio door basking in the sun and people/critter watching. He also loves to play with toys that he can roll around with. Luigi actually might have been a soccer player in a past life. Second to rolling toys are his catnip toys, he loves those suckers too. He doesn't particularly enjoy being held or picked up and would prefer to keep all 4 paws on the ground. Luigi is a creature of habit and is very relaxed most of the time. He loves meal time and is definitely on top of reminding his human when it's time to eat. He doesn't regularly jump or run around, but does enjoy toys he can roll around with when he has spurts of energy. Luigi currently lives in a multi-level house with 2 adults and one resident cat. Luigi does not prefer the company of feline "friends", in fact he actually quite hates it. He prefers to have his humans all to himself. For this reason, Luigi would thrive best in an adult-only home where he can reign as the only cat king! Because of his lower energy level, Luigi would probably be just fine living in an apartment. Luigi would love to find a forever home with adult humans who are excited about spoiling and snuggling with a solo kitty. He is such a great companion and provides the best moral support, you'd be so lucky to call Luigi yours. So, does Luigi sound like he'd fit in?

He loves to run around the house while playing with his toys. When you pick him up, he wants to snuggle in your neck immediately; that’s his preferred way to be held. He loves sleeping right on your chest but will also lay on my son’s gaming chair and the cat tower. He is very quick on the laser tag and enjoys multiple cat toys, including cat nip toys. Tangelino is vocal in the morning during food time and when he’s done eating, he likes to run around and play at high speed for a little while. After his cardio sessions, this handsome guy will then be ready for some serious cat naps throughout the day. He can entertain himself and also enjoys socializing with his people. This lovely dude currently lives with one adult, one thirteen-year-old boy, and other cats in a house. This spunky little guy is very affectionate and would enjoy snuggles and play time with loving humans, but is also fine entertaining himself for a while until you get home from work. They just need a little time to warm up, and soon enough, they'll be purring happily. They're well-behaved, never biting any electrical cords, and they groom each other gently. Both are also quite curious, exploring every room in my apartment with interest. They love looking out the windows and exploring new, unfamiliar spots. They're not too interested in toys, but Latte often jumps onto my bed, gently meowing to wake me up with a happy start each morning. Chai, with her beautiful trilling voice, sometimes shows her belly and enjoys being petted. In the morning, they enjoy their wet food before grooming and settling under the bed for a nap. They come out again when they're hungry, and that's when I give Latte his medication mixed with wet food. Afterward, they groom themselves again and sometimes interact playfully by rubbing against my legs with their bodies, foreheads, and tails, often giving affectionate headbutts. The kitties currently live in a two-floor apartment, similar to a townhouse, with two humans living here, including myself. My roommate and I take care of the cats together. I want them to live in a loving home where they can receive plenty of affection. They would be happiest with big windows and cat trees to enjoy. I'm not sure how comfortable they are around kids, other cats, or dogs, as they have not interacted with any at this point. These beautiful cats would thrive in a peaceful, affectionate environment with humans who are patient and happy to play with them at their own pace. She is fine with being at the vet but is not a fan of the carrier. Occasionally, Boots will have a spicy moment if you do something she doesn’t like, and will bat or gently nip in protest, but she will never hurt anyone. This beautiful senior lady has stage 3 kidney disease, as well as the cat equivalent of breast cancer. Therefore, she is considered a hospice kitty. This sweet lady will need loving care to keep her comfortable during her kitty hospice. Boots spends a significant portion of the day sleeping under a blanket. She will come out periodically as she wants to, to get love from a human. She is free-fed and gets fresh wet food (unlimited, with Miralax added) 4 times a day. Every other day, she gets a liquid med (Prednisolone) and subcutaneous fluids every other day. Boots currently lives in a foster home with a couple and one other cat. Her ideal home is a kind, calm, relaxed environment, with humans with no other animals or children, who can give her as much love as possible before she crosses the rainbow bridge. This sweet lady deserves to live out her days surrounded by attention, care, and kindness. Can you gently walk beside her on her journey?

They are so playful - chasing light reflections around the house, love playing with their many toys and bird watching. They play among each other very well. They love snuggles. Theo is a bit reserved at first but he loves snuggles too. They love to be involved in any activity you're doing but they enjoy some alone time during the day as well. Very loving cats. Despite having a backstory of being used as dog fight baits they are most loving and full-of-life cats. Leelou is an adventurer- she loves to explore everything around the house. Theo loves to chase any kind of reflection and is a big wet-food foodie. They love play time, watching his their fosters do chores, stealing socks, kneading their humans. They would do well as the only two kitties in a house. They can be a bit shy in the beginning - so a less noisy, spacious home would be great. Leelou had some viral papillomas removed from the deep part of her ear canals during her spay surgery. Viral papillomas are like little skin tags that often resolve on their own. They may reoccur. It will be important to have your own veterinarian check Leeloo's ears and to discuss any follow-up plans they may recommend. Leelou is super easy to give meds to and may need a tablet everyone once in a while. If you are looking for a sweet, playful cat duo to add to your home then consider these two!

Binx prefers snooping from afar and is unexpectedly playful— whip out a feather toy and he’ll take gold for his high jump! When they aren’t licking or chasing each other, they enjoy climbing cabinets, drinking from the faucet, and anything with catnip. Sushi is very self-sufficient and Binx prefers a little playtime to end the day. Throw in a helping of gravy-flavored wet food for dinner and they'll be wrapped around your finger! They thrive in calm environments and are most affectionate during downtime, as they tend to take cuddle shifts. Binx acts like a chunky alarm clock and will wake you up by kneading biscuits in your lap. Sushi prefers 2nd shift and will stick by your side around bedtime. Binx and Sushi are being fostered by 4 adults in a house in Blaine, MN. They are ready to find their furever home! Their ideal home would be someplace tranquil and predictable, perhaps with empty nesters or any quiet home looking for a little spice. It’s unknown how they would do around other cats (no dogs, please); it’s also not known how they would react to children, as they do get skittish when approached too intensely. Gentle introductions would be a must, preferably with quiet older children or teens. This affectionate, fun, charming pair are so ready to bring double the fun to the right calm, loving home. Sweet Pea spends most of the day napping and bathing; she is very clean and tidy. She plays, runs, and jumps at times for exercise. At night she likes to cuddle in bed. Sweet Pea currently lives in a studio apartment with two college students. A larger home (2+ rooms) would be ideal for Sweet Pea, so she can have more space to play and explore. This calico beauty behaves well with most cats when given a slow introduction. She is reserved but well-behaved with dogs. It is unknown how she behaves with kids. Sweet Pea is very interested in any greenery in the house, so her future humans will have to only keep cat-safe plants (or fake plants), and make sure they are out of her reach. She prefers to keep her 4 paws on the ground, as she doesn't particularly enjoy being held. But don't worry, she often approached her humans for love and affection. She enjoys nibbling on human fingers and will give a (very) high-pitched meow if she's hungry or not receiving the attention she deserves. Bobbi enjoys waking up very early to get some energy out and play with her toys, especially her catnip toys. During the day, you can find her curled up on a heated blanket or grooming herself (as well as everything around her). She prefers to play by herself and is still getting used to not playing/chewing on things she shouldn't, no matter how tasty they look. With gentle, kind redirection, she should continue to improve and learn. Bobbi still has an energetic kitten inside of her but is also a chill girl who loves a good nap. She loves a good cuddle and will sit there purring for hours to let you know she's still close by. She usually ends the day with a few big stretches and some kisses to her human's face. She is currently living with four college girls in a small Minneapolis apartment. She enjoys staying in her foster's bedroom and isn't very interested in exploring the rest of the house. Bobbi has not been around other cats or dogs before. She is very against being picked up, so might not be suitable for young children--older, patient, cat-savvy tweens or teens might be best. Scrabble is fearless and outgoing from the first time she meets you. She isn’t much of a cuddler but likes to be near people. This stripey gal often likes to sit on the couch or the floor near you while you watch TV, but she’s not typically going to get in your lap (unless you have a Churu). She goes nuts for almost any kind of toy but particularly loves balls or springs to bat around on the ground. She is super happy to entertain herself with her toys or birdwatching out the window; she also loves giving herself a manicure by scratching, so it’s a good idea to have a couple of scratching posts or pads for her. Scrabble can be a bit mouthy when she is in the middle of playing, similar to the way kittens can be a bit nippy—it's not malicious and does not hurt. Scrabble loves food both wet and dry; she might benefit from something like an automatic or timed feeder, so she doesn’t bug her humans too much when she is hungry. Besides mealtime, she is a very tidy kitty and takes very good care of her long soft fur; her forever humans will need to brush her regularly to help her keep her lovely coat in tip-top shape. Scrabble uses the litter box very well. Scrabble truly enjoys being in the mix of household activities. She is fairly high energy for an adult cat and is always happy to be playing. Her other main priority is making sure she gets her breakfast and dinner on time! Scrabble lives with two adults in a quiet home with several other older cats. Her high energy can be off-putting to the other cats (she loves playing amped up games of chase, and they aren’t always into it), so she primarily lives separately from them in her foster home. Scrabble does not seem to mind life as a solo kitty however, because it means more attention from you. Since she can get nippy when playing, she may not be a best fit for young kids. She would be better with older kids and is currently unknown regarding dogs. Ruby & Sapphire have lived with other kittens and cats and do very well. They would also thrive with quieter children over 5 and mellow dogs. She has a beautiful glossy black coat, the tiniest tuft of white on her tummy, and HUGE eyes! She reminds us of Toothless from the movie How To Train Your Dragon. Raven is playful and curious—she is always on a mission, whether that is exploring new places to nap, running sprints with her foster brothers, or winding around her human's legs asking for pets. Raven also likes to perch on people's shoulders and rub against the back of their heads- so cute. Raven is rambunctious when she is active and sleeps for the rest of the day. She likes climbing up high and would be great in a home with a cat tree or other tall cat-friendly furniture to climb. Raven currently lives in a 2-bedroom house with 2 people and 2 cats. She does great with other cats! She likes to play and snuggle with her foster siblings. Even though she isn't technically a mama cat, she loves young cats and kittens and apparently took all the kittens under her wing when she was in the shelter. She would do fine with kids, but probably would be most comfortable with older kids with more predictable movements- she is very suspicious about anything that feels like chasing and would probably give younger kids a wide berth for a while. Dogs are unknown- she does great with cats and might be great with dogs too, but we can't say what her experiences with dogs were like in the past. Raven would be great in a home with another cat or two to play with, or a person who has energy to tire a cat out with daily play. She will totally blossom in the right house, she is a sweet girl with so much love to give her people!

However, he seems like he was born to be a spoiled house cat! Make eye contact with him and he's immediately purring and making biscuits, and then marching over to stand on his hind legs and stretch up to head butt your chin. He is passionate about grooming himself, getting his chin scratched, and eating wet food. Harry is a simple man loving his simple indoor life after the challenges of life outdoors. He wakes up late, has his breakfast (usually with a little conversation - got to fill his human in on the exciting dreams he had), leans in for some morning pets and head bumps, and then goes back to sleep. He'll get up periodically during the day for snacks, head bumps, grooming and maybe some birdwatching, but is very low-key and content to just laze around. He gets excited for his supper, and then sleeps soundly all night long before repeating again the next day! Harry currently lives in a house with two adults and another FeLV+ cat. He's not particularly interested in the other cat, but does love both humans! Given his low energy levels and lack of curiosity or explorative tendencies, he'd be fine in an apartment, condo or house - as long as he's got humans to pet him, he will be happy. Because Harry is FeLV+, he cannot live with another cat unless they are also FeLV+ - that's fine though, as he would likely be happiest as the only cat getting alllllll the human love! FeLV is not contagious to humans or dogs but can be transferred to other cats. Annual vet visits, regular immunizations, and your love will help Harry maintain a normal, healthy, and happy life. He'll greet you with just as much gusto and love if you've been out of the house all day or if he's just woken up from a nap on your desk! He would prefer to be an only cat so that he can monopolize the chin scratches. Harry really is one of the sweetest, friendliest, most loving cats out there. He will bring so much joy and so many snuggles to whoever adopts him!

Patton is a cozy, snuggly guy. He loves sitting on laps and sleeping next to his person. He will try to take over your pillow. You may find he tries to lick or eat your hair every now and then. If you work from home, he'll most likely want to sit on your lap and get lots of pets during your meetings. He enjoys being brushed, which is good since he gets small mats in his long fur; his forever person will have to keep up the grooming to help this handsome fellow look his very best. This guy loves sleeping, lounging, looking out windows, and every now and then he'll play with a toy. He’s also a big fan of both Temptation treats and Churus! He's currently in a home with multiple cats of all ages. Although he prefers to be the alpha cat, he gets along with all but one of them, even licking his feline pals to help keep them tidy. He hasn’t met any dogs yet, and would likely do fine with older, respectful tweens/teens. Patton is FIV+, but that doesn’t mean he can’t live a normal, happy, and healthy life! Since FIV is spread only through deep bite wounds, FIV+ cats can live in a home with other chill, easygoing felines, provided they have gentle introductions to make sure they all get along. Raylene loves to rub up against her foster cat friends and get pets from her foster family. She likes cozy places where she can feel safe like under couches, and in blanket-covered boxes with cat beds inside until she’s feeling secure. Once she feels safe, Raylene loves to roam around the house, and watch birds at window feeders. This cozy girl also loves to snuggle up close to humans. She will play with toys occasionally, play tag with other cats sometimes, and loves laser pointers all the time. Raylene spends the biggest part of her day lounging. This pretty lady is currently in a two-story home with two adults and one teenager. She is a litter box pro and has successfully used both closed and open boxes with clumping litter. Raylene doesn’t like noisy situations or commotion and would do best in a quiet home. She has always lived with multiple cats and thrives in their companionship—no children or large dogs, please. Raylene shares her foster home with a small dog and tolerates him, but she is very frightened of large dogs.

These pretty girls enjoy some wet food in the morning and then will sleep and lounge around during the day. Hawkeye is very active at night, exploring and enjoying the house. Occasionally, she will want to play with a toy and enjoys catnip toys whenever given to her. They both love to lounge on the cat tree together. Hawkeye and Stormageddon currently live in a home with two adult humans. They are loyal buddies who prefer to stay as a duo; they would do best in a calm, peaceful environment where there are not any other animals besides each other. However, they are receptive to gentle, cat-friendly older children. It’s important to know that although Hawk and Storm are very reserved cats, they have really blossomed since coming to my home! They have gained trust and now greet me in the morning for pets and a treat! Both of these beautiful girls have opened up so much and become so much more confident about seeking pets and affection. Heart, the female, is timid at first but slowly comes out of her shell to jump in the shower with you if you let her! Soul, the male, is almost the exact opposite of his sister. He is super outgoing from the start and always interested in whatever you are doing. He is very energetic and loves to play and chase. This handsome boy enjoys hopping on your shoulder to get a better view of the world! They are great with cats and kids but currently unknown with dogs. These amazing siblings are very good at using the litter box, eating the food that’s given to them, and being relaxed and quiet at night. He loves to play and wrestle, and is fearless in climbing, (he's made it to the top of our 7 ft Christmas tree and easily climbed a ladder in our house). He is shy with humans at first, and has taken some time to learn to be less skittish, but as his siblings are being adopted, he is definitely coming out of his shell more, and getting braver. He enjoys snuggles and is learning how to initiate them now. He loves to be friends with friendly dogs, cats and his brothers and sister. This sweet guy is open to hanging out with my 5- and 8-year-olds, but he's a little reserved at first and it might take some extra love before he gets comfortable with children; gentle, cat-savvy kids would be best. Daryl currently lives with a fun group including: 2 grade school kids, 3 kitten siblings, 2 adult boy cats and a 4-year-old friendly large dog. He is a high energy kitten who loves the attention of other cats. Because of this, Daryl needs to be adopted into a home with a young friendly resident cat to show him the ropes and provide the companionship he so loves. He will become very vocal around mealtimes, but he is overall a pretty quiet cat! He can be a little bit sassy and frequently paws things off surfaces to get attention. He can be a bit naughty but will respond to his name and follow directions if you gently tell him to get down from somewhere. Lincoln is a very playful fur ball! He absolutely adores small dark spaces such as a cat tunnel or open cabinet drawer. He gets the zoomies sometimes and races around the house; he will perk up whenever he hears the bell on his feather toy. He also appreciates windows and watching cars and people go by. Lincoln starts his day off with breakfast (which he can be a little bit picky about). Then he lounges in various cozy spots around my apartment—sometimes in a sunny spot and sometimes curled up in a ball underneath my covers. Once I’m home from work, he greets me at the door and needs pets and attention before going back to sleep. Lincoln can be very curious about human food but can also be easily distracted with a toy. He tends to get the zoomies in the evening or if there something unusual going on (such as guests or putting up decorations). He loves to jump and chase and really enjoys when his owner plays with him. I will leave my bedroom door open when I go to bed; sometimes he joins me in my bed, or at other times he prefers to sleep on the couch. Right now, Lincoln lives in a two-bedroom apartment with my roommate and me. We have a cozy L-shaped couch which he frequents but he prefers sleeping on the top of my roommate's desk in the living room. We don’t have ledges large enough for him to sit on and look out all the windows, but he enjoys watching cars pass by through a window in my room. We have a hallway that he likes to run up and down when he has a spurt of energy, I think Lincoln will thrive in a home where he won’t have the opportunity to knock over valuables and will have plenty of space to curl up. He would love some window lookouts, and a cat tunnel is an absolute must! He should be the only cat in the household because he loves being the center of attention (dogs are unknown at this point). However, he is very easygoing, gentle, and patient with humans so I think he could get along with anyone, including children! He tends to shed his white fur quite a bit but is good at sticking to his litterbox. Overall, this guy is a gem—a very sweet, quiet, and chill kitty. I can be reserved with people I don’t know but love to snuggle on my foster’s mom’s lap or anywhere near her. I also like to “help” her work by sitting on her lap or watching the mouse on her computer move around. I love belly rubs and am a purr machine. I also like to help foster mom wash up in the morning and at night and will even jump into the sink (once she is done, of course)! I have normal kitten energy, which means I need space to run and play and get my zoomies out! I live with one human in a house where I have the run of the place! A quiet home would be best for me. I am quiet but curious when I meet new people, but I will warm up gradually, at my own careful pace. I may not be a social butterfly with strangers, but I am very loyal and affectionate with “my people.” It’s important that I have another kitten friend, either from Pet Haven or one who already lives in my forever home. I am very loving and playful and need to have a kitty friend who will give this back to me. I integrated well with the other two kittens I live with now. Because of my rambunctious kitten energy, I can sometimes be a little rougher with play, but I mean well and it’s not concerning...just something to think about when matching me with a kitty friend. I’d do best with a young, spunky, playful cat who enjoys both wrestling and snuggling—my two favorite things! I haven’t been around dogs or children, but I integrated well with the other two kittens I live with now. We sassed each other for several days but within a week we were best buds. Little Oberon, the runt, came into foster care with 4 other siblings and was the last to warm up to people. After time and lots of patience, he has come around to be such a sweet boy who enjoys being near his people and quite the purring love bug. He still can be skittish when approached or when you move suddenly, and some days just wants to hide. He will need a person or people who are very understanding and patient, and who can help him gain confidence at his own pace. When he finally does warm up to you, it is so rewarding! Polaris, on the other hand, is extremely friendly and confident. He loves attention, running around, and investigating everything he can. He's very food-motivated and will be there anytime you open a can of food or a Churu packet (sometimes grabbing your hand with his paw to bring it closer to himself). One of his favorite things to do is plop down on something with a view and supervise, especially if it's near a human who can pet him. He likes to chase, pounce and wrestle, sometimes with Oberon, but can leave him alone as well. Both of these fine gentlemen have been around other cats before (their siblings) and they have heard the noise from the dogs that live in their foster home; with Oberon’s quiet nature, he and Polaris would do best in a place without much activity. In light of this, they should go to a home with adult(s) only, or they could live with teenagers as well, if there are not tons of friends coming and going or commotion all the time. Polaris loves chasing after a wand toy, and sometimes Oberon will join in as well. They both like getting their backs petted and receiving ear rubs. Polaris will start purring as soon as you get close, but Oberon only purrs if he chooses to cuddle with you. Although Oberon may take longer to adjust, he's got quite the personality and love to share with the right home, and Polaris will give you plenty of love from the start! Dill is a petite little angel. She was very sick and small when we got her and has been working hard to catch up in size with her siblings. Sugar is still learning to trust and gets a little startled by loud noises or quick movements at times. The spots on her sides look just like a fawn in the woods, so she may just be channeling her spirit animal. Sugar had a severe eye infection when she came into rescue. With eye meds, this has cleared up beautifully, but one eye looks a little smaller than the other. We think this just adds to her charm! Tajin and his sister Dill are little miracles. They were the sickest of the bunch and spent some time at the animal hospital trying to heal. Now, Tajin is now one of the biggest boys and a fluffy ball of energy! He loves his toys so much that he can frequently be found engaging in a game of keep-away with his siblings if they try and take his favorite scrap of paper or random ball of fluff he found on the floor. Tajin is very playful but also fairly independent, often playing by himself or strategically taking in on the action from afar. When he’s in the mood though, watch out because he can scrap with the best of them. Tajin enjoys laps and windows are his favorite napping spots. Megan has been an amazing mama to her 9 kittens that are currently looking for their forever homes as well. She has been very attentive and caring to all of them and is ready to be pampered and loved in a home of her own. She is young enough where she still likes to play some and often plays with her kittens, runs through the cat tunnel, or attacks a soft cat toy. She also loves to just hang out and watch the world around her. You can often find her napping on a couch or relaxing in the middle of the floor. Megan is a confident and outgoing girl happy to explore her surroundings and doesn't like being cooped up to just one area. She enjoys being the Queen-bee and ruling her territory, letting other cats know she is the one in charge. Megan has a low to moderate energy level. She mostly likes to relax and nap but occasionally her frisky side comes out and she is ready to play. She currently only plays with her kittens and not the other adult cats in the home, so toys and enrichment in her forever home would be needed to keep her feeling happy and exercised. Megan currently lives in a foster house with her 9 kittens, large breed dogs, and other adult cats, so she is very well socialized. There are 3 teenagers in the home which she does great with. Eclipse’s foster describes this sweet lady as a “little treasure”. She has quite a unique story. Initially coming into rescue, Eclipse was pregnant and very scared. She did not understand what was happening and was worried for her newborn kittens, so she was very protective. Because of this she was assumed to be unsocialized and was spayed and given an ear tip so she could be released back outside. Thankfully her new foster felt she deserved a little more time to decompress and Eclipse QUICKLY turned around and showed that she can trust and love people very much! She is a wonderful, beautiful, sweet girl who makes a funny face and a cute sound when she “talks”. She has so much personality and loves to snuggle and play. Eclipse may be more reserved at first, preferring to size up her surroundings initially, but once she feels safe she is a lover and PLOPPER! She loves to plop down to greet her human(s) and roll around and show you how happy she is to see you! She likes to explore and she likes a good hiding spot to catch some zzz’s. Eclipse has a medium to high energy level and enjoys chasing her favorite toys around. Her favorite toy to chase is a wand/string toy. Eclipse lives with 1 human as well as another human roommate that lives downstairs. She gets along well with human adults and children, and also got along well with a male cat that she knew outside. Thing 2 (tabby boy) is pure love and cuddles. He will bond hard to his humans but has no issue meeting new people and making friends! He's in his long and lean stage and has the cutest long ferret face and spotted belly that will make you squeal with how unbelievably cute he is! He will absolutely be the apple of his family's eye and the thing that makes them smile after a tough day. Tux (tuxedo girl) is a little package of sweet yet chaotic in the form of a kitten! She is so curious about everything that she must explore and check out whatever you're working on! I call her my ""snoopervisor"" because she always must make sure that I do a good job with whatever I’m working on! Tux absolutely wants lots of pets but is slightly more independent than Thing 2—but hey, she's got things to do and places to go in her formal wear, so that's understandable! These two would love a home with lots of love to give! They are good with other cats; they have also met a cat-savvy dog and did well by giving enough space/not assuming their canine friend was a toy. They would also be fine with gentle older children ages 10+. When it’s time to rest, this boy naps hard—sometimes you won't even be able to find him, he finds such hidden little nooks to sleep in. A connoisseur of the finer things, this handsome gentleman does enjoy soft beds to sleep in. He’s a good eater of both wet and dry food and especially likes his Churu treats. He enjoys using cat trees and scratching posts. When he's napping or eating, that's when you can pick him up—he'll then enjoy being held, petted, and brushed. This adorable boy was a bit reserved when he first arrived at his foster home, but the other cats are helping him gain confidence every day! He loves racing and playing with his feline friends; he hasn’t met any dogs or children yet. Snow-cap needs to go home with another kitten, or to a home with another young energetic resident cat to help show him the ropes. She's also likely to rest on your stomach if you're lying down, or on your lap if you're sitting down. Ever the companion, if you talk to her, she'll meow right back! Evy has a medium energy level. She can get really excited about toys but otherwise she does her own thing. She'll give you a meow if she's bored, but a couple minutes of playtime calms her right back down. She can get sassy as she has particular ways, but once you learn her quirks, it's easy street. She enjoys pets and getting all the attention! This lovely lady currently lives in a quiet apartment with one human. Her ideal home is one where she doesn’t have to share the spotlight—multiple loving humans are fine, but she would do best in a home without small children or other pets. As a bit of a fluffy girl currently on a journey toward her ideal weight, Evy has a bit of trouble grooming her rear. She's on a new diet so as she's losing weight, she'll gain the flexibility to groom her backside easily. Right now, she just needs a little extra help with a pet wipe every other day. He was meant to be trapped, neutered, and released, but his finders did not like the idea of putting a cat back outside to survive with only one good eye and broken teeth, so they decided to see if he could get along well with people. After learning to trust his foster it was all uphill from there! Now he always wants to be by her side, and even likes to be picked up, held, and given some good ear scratches! I think in his own home he would want to be someone’s shadow and snuggle a lot! He loves catnip and will occasionally chase a string toy, but mostly he just wants to follow his fosters around and get food, treats, and pets! Tober’s energy seems medium to low, but he has been regaining his health after recovering from an ear infection. He may be livelier when he is not just a “guest” but a permanent resident with a forever person or family. He really likes living with another foster cat in the home, a younger female. She tolerates him but he LOVES her. He is always trying to rub on her. I never see them sleep or play together, but I think Tober would love a brother or other playmate to love. He also would not mind one bit to be the only pet and center of someone’s attention, if they work from home and/or are around a lot. He’s just a lover! This lovely guy lives in his foster’s basement with another foster cat that he knew while living outside. He loves to look out the big window down there and find warm, cozy beds out in the open to sleep. This affectionate fellow does well with cats and children; he hasn’t met any dogs yet). Tober is still a little new to the indoor cat life and would do best in a new home that is somewhat quiet and has a person or people who are able to spend a good amount of time with him. He really seems to want his foster person’s attention a lot, after spending who knows how long living alone outside. This sweet boy has an old eye injury that has healed. He is blind in his right eye, and it is cloudy and white. It does not hurt him, and he can live a happy and normal life with it. He also has some broken teeth, so would benefit from regular dental care.

Penelope: This tiny orange tabby is bursting with personality! Penelope is sassy and sweet in equal measure, and she firmly believes she's the boss of the whole house. She’s not shy about expressing herself—whether it’s through loud meows or the occasional hiss when she’s feeling overwhelmed. Don’t be fooled, though—it’s all talk! Deep down, she adores her humans and her best friend, Greg. Because Penelope was separated from her mom too early, she occasionally nibbles on fingers (she thinks they’re toys!) and would do best in a home with older kids who know when to give her space. She’s also a shoulder climber and loves morning snuggles. When you first greet her, she’ll happily cuddle under your chin or head. At nap or bedtime, you’ll often find her snoozing on top of you, reaching out to stay close to Greg. However, Penelope has one rule: she does not like to share food. If Greg gets too close during mealtime, Penelope will firmly let her know to back off, but it’s all part of their dynamic, and Greg knows to respect her boundaries. Greg: Greg is a stunning jet-black kitten with a tiny white patch on her chest and exactly two white hairs between her eyes. She’s a total sweetheart and loves her humans almost as much as she loves her new bestie, Penelope. Greg is incredibly snuggly and will happily curl up in your arms or cuddle right up to your face. She’s easygoing and would do well in a home with kids who love carrying her around. Greg has a playful side, too—she’s lightning-fast with laser pointers and loves chasing balls and wand toys. Greg and Penelope’s Playtime: When Penelope first saw Greg in her carrier, she couldn’t wait to be by her side, jumping on top of the carrier and the pop-up playpen to get closer. Greg was curious and excited, and once they were introduced, it was like they’d known each other forever. They immediately began playing, chasing, and wrestling, thrilled to finally have a buddy to share life with. Greg has the sweetest habit of bouncing up to Penelope, inviting her to play. These two love chasing and wrestling each other—sometimes a bit arduously! If Penelope gets a little overwhelmed, Greg is learning to back off but may need occasional redirection with a wand toy when things get too intense. Both kittens adore wand toys and balls. Greg is lightning-fast with the laser pointer, while Penelope prefers batting at a wand. Penelope and Greg would do great in a home together where they could have space from each other when needed. They'd do well with other cats, especially ones who would want to play with Greg. They haven't met dogs, but I'd assume they'd do well with dogs who know how to give Penelope space sometimes. Penelope may need eye drops on occasion for her droopy eyes—this is on an as-needed basis. As noted above, they’d do well with gentle, older children. These two 4-month-old female kittens are an inseparable pair of best friends with complementary personalities that make them the perfect duo. Their bond is nothing short of magical—they became besties within minutes of meeting each other! They are the perfect balance of playful and loving, ready to bring endless joy to their forever home!

Finnegan LOVES cuddles and if you sit/lie down, he will be on top of you purring away. He must go to someone who will let him sleep on their bed, as that is his favorite place to be at night. A talented chef, this boy is skilled at making air biscuits and will only drink water that he scoops from his paws. Finnegan can occasionally be nippy when he is overstimulated, so he needs to go to an experienced cat owner who can gently and kindly help him redirect his energy. Pro tip: Finnegan loves listening to Orville Peck; whenever he is being angsty, playing Orville will make him relax, purr, and lie down. He does not like full-body pets, but he is very fond of light head scratchies. Rule number one is do not touch the belly - we told you he was a particular prince! Finnegan would cuddle with his people all day if he could! He also likes people-watching from the window and loves wet food. During his zoomies he enjoys a laser pointer, cat dancer, or any toy with catnip. He’s a chatty guy and lets you know when it’s breakfast time. Midday, he tries to lure us into naps and is always successful. He'll sit on any available lap and will occasionally chase a toy. At night, his zoomies kick in and he sprints and skids around the room. Once you get into bed, he is there immediately, ready for (you guessed it!) more cuddles. This lovely boy lives in a large room in a house. We have several housemates whom he has met. He is social and loves to meet new people, but can also get over excited if he encounters too many people in a short span of time. Finnegan's ideal home has 1-3 people and is in a quiet area (not near a highway—the sound freaks him out). He would thrive in a small, cozy home vs a large house. Finnegan is not a fan of other cats or children, so he should not go to a home with anyone who has kids or plans to have them in the next 15+ years. This guy likes to always be the center of attention. We think he may get along with a relaxed, older, cat-friendly dog. This loving but gentle soul must go to an experienced cat owner. He has some trauma due to being left in a carrier outside for days and gets anxious when left alone for long periods of time. His body language is different from other cats and it takes some getting used to. He takes about 2-4 weeks to become comfortable and trust people; you'll know he is comfortable when the zoomies kick in. He good-naturedly responds to Finnegan, Finn, Finnypoo, and Finnylicious. This boy has been through a lot and only wants to feel safe and loved! Can you help make that happen, and receive so many cuddles in return?

She thrives on human attention and, so far in foster care, hasn't met a human she does not immediately enlist to shower her with pets and cuddles. Cassiopeia (or Cassi for short) also enjoys playing with toys and loves catnip/silvervine sticks to gnaw on. This pretty stripey girl spends most of her time seeking closeness with her humans. She spent some time as a stray, so she is trying to catch up on missed love. After a while, she will lie down on your lap or in the same room with you if you work from home. She enjoys napping on a cat tree as well, especially if you are nearby to keep her company. Cassi is young and still playful, but old enough to be past the ""destructive kitten"" stage. In other words, she's purrfect. She currently lives in an apartment with one adult woman and 4 cats and a dog. She must remain secluded in the foster room (also foster mom's office, which is purrfect for her) because she does not like other cats. This lovely lady’s ideal home includes at least one human who is home a lot and able to shower her with affection. She loves attention so much that she enjoys many things that other cats do not, like having her belly massaged. As long as you are loving her, she is happy. She would likely do well in a home with multiple people, including respectful children (5 years old and up) or teenagers. She strongly prefers to be the only cat in the home (she is not a candidate if you are seeking a companion for your existing resident cat) but will tolerate chill dogs who respect her feline personal space. Cassiopeia would be an ideal choice if you are seeking one cat only (due to housing requirements or personal preference) but you have a lot of love to give, work from home or are around a lot, and are searching for an extremely affectionate companion. This handsome fellow is very affectionate and doesn’t like to be alone. The ideal companion for someone who works from home, Skippy loves to keep you company as you tackle your daily tasks, often curling up beside you for a cozy cuddle. He perhaps has accounting aspirations, as he loves to play with any spreadsheets you may have near your desk! I feed him twice a day. He gets the zoomies and that seems to fill his exercise needs. He has gained nearly a pound while he has been with me, but he was so skinny when I got him. He also loves bottle caps and will happily chase them around. Although he hasn't quite mastered the art of being a typical cat, he certainly has a knack for enjoying delicious treats—especially when they come from the elusive cat wheel treat dispenser! He needs interaction and he’s ideally the king of the castle. This sweet boy currently lives with three humans and two resident cats in a house. Skippy is best suited for a family without other cats, as he likes to play a bit rough. His play style, while not aggressive, does involve his strong teeth and claws, so he would thrive in a home with responsible children who understand how to engage with his playful spirit. These brothers are the kitten dream team! They are silly, curious, adventurous and SO. MUCH. FUN! If these boys are awake, there is a 100% chance they are playing full speed ahead. Whether they are chasing each other around the house, playing hide-and-seek in their cat tunnels or batting their favorite toys around in a game of soccer, these boys are go, go, go! After they get their wiggles out they prance around the house looking for a cozy lap to snuggle to sleep in. They have the best purr motors that shake the whole house when they really get going. The boys brighten every room they walk into and make their foster humans smile and laugh all day long. Their presence is like medicine for the soul and they are so easy to love. The boys have a high energy level that is pretty typical for young kittens. While they only weigh 2-3lbs, when they really get romping around they sound like a pack of elephants! They keep each other great company and are able to use one another as an outlet to expend their energy and kitten shenanigans. But, even once they wear each other out, they’ll never turn down the chance to play with a good wand toy or to chase a ball that is flicked around. Mikey and Leo, affectionately referred to as the “Little Black Beans” currently live in a home with 2 humans, 2 resident cats and 1 resident dog. They’ve never met a human they didn’t immediately love. They would do wonderful with a young lively family with kids, but they would also do wonderful in a home with 1-2 humans who are looking to shower a couple kitties with lots of affection. They are incredibly social and adaptable and would thrive in a home with most any combination of humans and animals. Her ideal forever home would be a quiet, consistent place where her people are around a lot, with no other animals. She would need her own room set up as her safe space. (It’s best for her to avoid interactions with any visiting kids and other pets at this time, since she lacks confidence and has had litter box issues in the past when stressed.) Her forever humans should also be willing to help with her weight loss using controlled portions (no free feeding) and regular active play time. Otherwise, she is a low-maintenance gal and just wants regular petting and cuddles. A nearby vet is essential, to minimize her time in the car, along with a pet sitter who can come to the house to feed her, play with her, and provide lots of attention when her people are away. She is a sweet lady who just seeks love, confidence, and trust to live her best life in a peaceful, caring home. He's not much of a lap cat but loves to be close by. This young guy is a high-energy cat who loves to run around and play with various toys. He currently lives with one human in a townhouse and remains separated from the two 6-year-old resident cats as they're still uncertain about him. JT is a bit needy for human attention, and will display some attention-seeking behaviors, even with a foster that works from home. We believe he will learn to bond less anxiously if he has a cat buddy of a similar age to keep him company. This feline friend (whether another Pet Haven kitten or an active young resident cat at his forever home) should be confident and able to handle JT's more rough-and-tumble, kitten-wrestling play style. Once I got her out of the cold, it took her a few weeks to learn that she could trust humans, and that we actually are good! She is still shy but has so much potential; when adopted with her bff Spruce, she will surely take her cues and warm up in no time! This beautiful girl has normal kitten energy, but without the naughty kitten behaviors! She’s a pretty perfect kitten according to her foster mom. Spruce is an adorable calico that has come a long way. She was also live-trapped from a colony and was very wary of her new indoor lifestyle at first. It took 5 days of hissing and hiding before one day, this pretty girl simply approached me during feeding time, and I could hear her purr-motor from 10 feet away! Since that day, she seeks out attention and loves to play. Quick movements and loud noises still startle her, but only for a moment—she recovers nicely, then she goes right back to exploring. Spruce is great about showing her sister, Fir, the ropes and is helping her build confidence. The two are constantly together, whether sleeping, grooming, or playing. Spruce has normal high kitten energy—she plays hard and sleeps hard! The girls have adapted well to coexisting peacefully with 6 other cats (of all ages), one 20-pound dog, 2 children (ages 5 and 8) and two adults. They live in a single-family, 2-story home. They will both thrive in a quieter, affectionate home, with people who are around frequently and who enjoy kitten shenanigans. Fir specifically will blossom with humans who can help her learn to trust and feel comfortable in the cozy indoor life. These lovely girls are so ready to soak in a forever home with people who are patient and can understand that the process from reserved, quiet kitten to engaged and cuddly cat will take time, but when it does happen that it will be the most rewarding thing. She has a typical adult energy level—this pretty girl is always up for playing and exploring, followed by a visit to her people for attention. Cali currently lives in a single-family home with 3 adults, 3 other kitties, and a ridiculous German shepherd dog who loves everyone. She would thrive in a home with windows to let her watch the world. She likes to be with her people and comes and goes after checking in for pets, so a home where her humans are around a lot would be ideal. She would do fine with a companion kitty as well as with gentle children over 5, and wasn't afraid of the dog after we did slow introductions (she’s selective about which dogs she likes). Cali is a lovely kitty with the softest fur and the sweetest face. She will make a wonderful addition to any family!

She is very social and loves snuggling and sleeping with her humans at night. She prefers the doors in her house to stay open so she can follow her humans around room-to-room, basking in all of the companionship she can find. Sweet Paige is friendly towards newcomers and wants all the love. This pretty stripey lady loves to play with toys but is also totally okay entertaining herself and chasing toys on her own. She’s pretty chill and is very content having occasional zoomies and making up her own games. Otherwise, she loves napping near or on her humans. She will thrive in a place with humans who work from home or are around a lot to keep her company. Her ideal home is ideally one with no other pets, so that she can bask in all the love her humans have to offer. (She might possibly be open to a home with other chill animals (she has met other cats) if they give her plenty of space; however, she doesn’t have much desire to interact with or play with them.) He loves to play and explore, and when he’s tuckered out will relax on the bed or lean against the nearest human for pets. He enjoys galloping around with his cat foster brothers, chasing mouses, and has been known to destroy a catnip toy or two. However, he sees humans as most important on the hierarchy, and happily answers to his name, greets them at the door, and will follow them around from room to room if they seem to be doing something interesting. Michael is a young Siamese mix, and as such has some energy to burn. He currently gets enough exercise through playing with his cat foster brothers and chasing plenty of toys, but if he were an only cat, he would need daily intentional play and engagement from his humans to prevent him from looking for trouble. He is still quite affectionate and people-oriented. This sweet Siamese boy lives in a house with two adults and one five year-old human, and two adult male cats. He has done well with all of them! He hasn’t met a dog, but I think he would be fine with slow introductions. Michael would love to either go to a home with a cat friend to play with, or with humans who can provide him plenty of play time and affection. People are his favorite, and he would love to be someone’s new best friend!
