His whole being radiates a pure, wild sweetness, flitting through night woods with little melodious cries, on some cryptic errand. There is also an aura of doom and sadness about this trusting little creature. He has been abandoned many times over the centuries." -  William S. Burroughs author of The Cat Inside

Moraine-Pending Adoption, Female
Tortoiseshell/Calico, 1 year
This dilute calico is as sweet as she is beautiful. She's been a great mom to her 3 little boys, but now she's ready to move into her own forever home where she can be the baby. She loves to spend time with her humans and receive lots of pets and attention.
She likes to chase the feather toy, and after, will catch a nap on a cat tree or at the top of the stairs. Moraine has a moderate energy level that is pretty typical for a young cat, bu she has definitely outgrown the hyper kitten stage. This lovely girl can entertain herself, but she is also so excited to play with her human or another cat pal. She likes to chase the feather toy, and after, will catch a nap on a cat tree or at the top of the stairs. This beautiful girl currently lives in a house in the suburbs with two adult humans, her kittens, and lots of other cats. She gets along well with everyone! Moraine would love a home where she can get plenty of attention from humans who are around a lot, and have a cozy place to hang out. She does well with kids and is good with other cats after a slow intro; it’s unknown if dogs would be the same. This pretty, tiny mama is so ready to be the center of attention with a loving family, after doing such a good job raising her own kittens. Could that be with you?

Huey and Lenny (Bonded Pair), Male
19 weeks, Tuxedo
Huey and Lenny are a handsome, bonded pair of 19-week-old playful kittens looking for their forever home together!
Huey is a smartly dressed tuxedo boy who looks a little bit like batman! This guy is a busy kitten, always in search of a good play session. He loves to sit in the window or on the cat tree and watch the birds and squirrels. Huey has the cutest meow to let you know where he is and when he wants to play! After he has gotten out all his kitten zoomies and playtime, he likes to settle in for a snuggle! Lenny is a striking black kitten, with a few white speckles and a cute white underbelly. This guy has many extra toes, giving his paws a cute mitten look! Lenny is a sweet boy who is curious and playful! He loves a good long play session with the wand toy and to wrestle Huey! Lenny is equally curious and shy around new situations and people but when he learns everything is ok, he has the biggest purrs and loves to be pet, even rolling over for belly scratches! Earning his love and trust will be the most rewarding thing in the world for his family! These boys are active—they love to chase and play together. They especially enjoy going after mouse toys, interacting with their people, trying to catch the wand toy, and engaging in serious kitten wrestling matches! These adorable boys need humans who will spend time each day playing and snuggling with them! They are highly energetic kittens who would do best with plenty of space to run and explore. Huey and Lenny live with their kitten siblings. Both kittens would do best in a quieter home. Kids are unlikely to be a good match, except for extremely chill, relaxed older teenagers who are patient, quiet, and cat-savvy. Huey and Lenny's ideal home is one where their humans would be patient with them and would help them build trust in their new family. They would thrive with people who enjoy kitten shenanigans, and who work from home or are around a lot to play with them. If you’d like to double your fun with a super-active, super-cute dynamic duo, please consider adding Huey and Lenny to your family!

Leo (FIV+), Male
Domestic Long Hair, 4 years
Leo is a charming and loving 4-year-old cat looking for his forever home! This big fluffy guy is reserved and a bit shy in new environments, but given time and space, he warms up quickly! He loves to be with people and will literally follow us around our apartment. He loves nothing more than receiving pets, especially on the belly as well as butt scratches
His second greatest love is drinking running water from the bathtub (he jumps in the tub and tell us he wants the faucet turned on anytime we enter the bathroom). Leo is a little jumpy with loud noises but will bravely go and investigate; once his curiosity is satisfied, he quickly relaxes. He loves climbing onto our home's highest surfaces and sitting in windows to watch the world go by. This handsome dude’s hobbies are furniture climbing, bird/window observing, striking poses, and "flopping" at our feet to signal he would like pets. He enjoys following his humans around the house and running to greet them at the door. He loves to play with his toys, especially string, but will also gladly take a relaxing nap while he keeps you company. Leo has a special chirp for saying hello to his people. This sweetheart is a fairly active boy who spends most of his day alternating between exploring the house and taking naps. He loves to eat and is always excited for canned food time but will not beg for food. (The original Hills dry food he tried did not agree with him, but his new N&D Ocean Herring & Orange food works great.) At night, he rests independently and will be waiting patiently nearby for us to wake up in the morning. Leo currently lives in an apartment with his two adult foster humans, one of whom works from home. We think this loving guy would enjoy being the only pet in a family who spends plenty of time at home, so they can give him the daily attention he craves. Due to his anxiety during the adjustment to our home, we think a family who has experience with cat behavior and is committed to allowing him private space for decompression would be ideal. We also think he'll need Gabapentin to help make his vet visits a calmer experience for him. s FIV+, but that doesn't mean he can't live a long, normal, and healthy life! Cats with FIV commonly have average lifespans. Because FIV is spread only through deep bite wounds, FIV positive cats are able to live with FIV negative cats in stable social environments. You can read more about FIV here: https://tinyurl.com/58sf9wtj Leo is so ready to settle into his forever home with caring, compassionate people who can help him gain confidence and know that he is safe and loved. Could that be with you?

Raccoon, Male
Domestic Shorthair/Tabby, 1.5 years
Raccoon is a sweet one-and-a-half-year-old male cat looking for his forever home! This adorable guy is playful, curious, active, loving, cuddly. He meows hello every morning, and when you get home. He’s an active boy who lives to play with toys and watch the squirrels. He will bring a toy ball to whatever room you're in and play by you.
Raccoon wakes up around 7:30 when the dog gets up. He eats his breakfast and then naps. He is most playful after work around 5. But sometimes during while I’m working (at home), he will sit on my desk and watch the squirrels outside. He is quite active and has many cat towers he runs around on. This boy is healthy and fun; he briefly had some eye allergies, but they cleared up with eye drops. This handsome boy lives in a house with his foster human and a dog. He gets along well with the dog but is hesitant to play with her (she’s 70 lbs. so that's understandable!). In general, Raccoon is curious and friendly with dogs, but a bit selective about cat friends. He hasn’t met any children yet. Raccoon would thrive in a house with lots of windows, and a gentle dog or cat companion. He is extremely affectionate, and likes lots of attention, so he would do best in a home where his humans work from home or are around a lot to play with him. Are you ready for a fun snuggle bug this winter? Raccoon would love to meet you!

Bart, Male
Domestic Short Hair, 5 years
Bart may be an orange cat, but he doesn't share the typical qualities of most tangerine-colored felines. Instead of chaos, Bart's vibe is calm and relaxed. His preferred way to spend an afternoon is belly-up to receive all the pets and cuddles you can possibly give! But don't think he doesn't like to play; this little man still very much enjoys a flirt pole, scratch post, and a good shoelace (under supervision, of course).
Bart also loves stretching out on a fluffy bed and munching on the occasional tuna treat. This sweet boy is a very chill cat and doesn't seem super interested in constant stimulation. However, he loves a flirt pole or any other toy that can be dangled enticingly in front of him. He also likes cat nip and a scratching post, which is an absolute must for this guy who still has all his cute claws. He does have a paw that was previously injured and sometimes becomes tender. His future forever humans will want to get it checked out by a vet and keep an eye on it. Bart currently lives with two humans (male and female) and a dog (a medium-sized pit mix). This handsome fellow’s ideal home is with a single person or a family who are around frequently and give him lots of affection and care. He’s great with adults and cat-friendly dogs (unknown with kids), but Bart should not be in a home with other cats. This friendly boy is so ready to spend lots of chill, friendly, quality time with you. Come in and meet Bart today!

Hazel, Female
Domestic Shorthair/Tabby, 10 months
Hazel is a sweet girl is full of energy—she is always ready to chase feathers, toy mice, and even a paper towel roll. Hazel loves to climb and jump and is as fast as a rocket! Once she has burned off some of this kitten energy, this cutie pie likes to get pets under the chin and on the top of her head, followed by a cozy snuggle for a few moments in your lap.
Hazel is super-smart and is quick to figure out puzzles and where her prey will go next. She is a curious little explorer and will voice her displeasure about closed doors in the home. This lovely lady will do best in a home with humans who are excited to play with her and spend lots of time sharing her kitten shenanigans. She will thrive with at least one other young cat she can play with, as she is sociable and still learning the ins and outs of catdom. She is great with other cats and with children; dogs are still an unknown. Hazel is recovering from some GI issues. She has responded well to treatment and is on the mend. She is currently eating prescription food and will likely need to continue this diet to prevent recurrences in the future. This gal is excited to bring lots of love and fun to the right family, just in time to brighten up the winter days. If you’re ready for high-energy holiday cheer, why not add Hazel to your home and your heart?

Murray is a 10-year-old bundle of energy and affection waiting for his forever home! This friendly, fluffy, Creamsicle guy loves watching the world from his favorite window, napping in his cozy cat cave, and staying active with his toys.
Murray starts each morning with a tasty bowl of wet food and a playful burst of energy. After a good nap and watching the world go by, he's ready for more food and even more cuddles. He’s a social butterfly who would thrive in a home with other cats or kids (unknown with dogs). He’ll also do best with a human who can help him with some weight-maintenance food and modest portions to keep him at his happy and healthy best. Murray currently lives with two adults in a single-family home. This guy is so ready to enjoy his golden years in an active, happy way, and offers plenty of love in return. Vander (FIV+), Male
Domestic Shorthair, 4 years
Vander is a 4-year-old, loving and playful cat looking for his forever home! This sweet creamsicle dude loves to be around people and will often seek his humans out for love and affection.
He likes to prop himself on their laps and just rest there for a bit. In the mornings he'll often wait till he's noticed you've woken up and come right on over to you for some pets and a cuddle. I mean hey, we can't blame him though, whho doesn't prefer to start their day in a warm and cozy cuddle puddle? During the day while his humans are busy working, he likes to spend lots of time up high in the cat tree just sunbathing and taking naps. He's an athletic dude that loves to climb or jump onto higher surfaces. He enjoys the panoramic view and is a professional at keeping tabs on the humans from above. He's also a playful guy who can sometimes be found rolling around on the floor into his cat tunnels. He makes his humans laugh and smile with his silly playing antics. If you can't find Vander up high in his tree, down low in his tunnel, or right on your lap, the next best bet is in the laundry hamper. This silly dude loves to burrow, and if you dig deep enough you'll usually find him very comfortably buried under a pile of laundry. Vander has a medium energy level on most days. He likes to chase and pounce on throw toys, especially when he's already zooming about. He'll give you extra brownie bonus points if they have catnip - that stuff is the best! When he's not playing, he likes to just lounge with the humans. Vander currently lives in an apartment with 4 humans. While we haven't seen him interact with either in foster care, he could be good with calm, cat savvy cats or dogs with proper introductions. He will at times communicate with his teeth, so older kids or no kids in his home would be best. His ideal home would be one where he could get a good amount of attention. He's an affectionate boy that like to be near his humans. Vander may have flare ups of colitis from time to time, but, the best way to keep this at bay is to keep him on the prescription diet he's on now. Vander is FIV+, but that doesn't mean he can't live a long, normal, and healthy life! Cats with FIV commonly have average lifespans. Because FIV is spread only through deep bite wounds, FIV positive cats are able to live with FIV negative cats in stable social environments. Michael Blue, Male
Domestic Shorthair, 2 years
Michael is a 2 year old affectionate cat looking for his forever home! Michael is a sweet and spicy boy. He is very affectionate and will greet you as soon as you come in with his loud purring and head butts. He will also hop on your lap and hang out with you. He loves to ask for pets and rub his head on you.
He is very cuddly and affectionate. He does well with calm cats. On the other hand, he does get overstimulated easily with petting and can get pretty spicy, therefore someone that is very patient and has experience with cats is a must. Michael's favorite thing to do is watch TV! He loves watching TV like a human, and will sit with you and watch movies and shows, while paying attention to everything that's going on the TV. He also absolutely loves sitting in the window, especially if he can smell the fresh air and hear the birds. He loves strings and wands. He currently lives mostly in his foster room with supervised time roaming around the house. There are 3 adults and 4 other cats in the home. Michael needs stability and a low stress environment. He will need someone that can respect him and his space while he adjusts to his new home. Michael has a history of urinary crystals therefore he is on a urinary diet of mostly wet food. His litter box should be monitored to make sure he is urinating adequately. He will need someone that can understand his needs and respond to him. It would be great if his owner has previous experience with cats! He will also need some help losing weight (about 4 pounds) If you are looking for a playful, fun cat to add to your home then consider Michael!

Jolly Tinseltoes, Female
Domestic Shorthair, 1 year
Jolly is a 1 year old sweet kitty looking for her forever home! This sweet girl lived outside for a couple months, therefore she has a bit of a wild side and is more independent and reserved. Don't take that to mean that she doesn't like people, because that couldn't be further from the truth.
She likes being around her humans, hanging out in the same space, and playing with them; she also loves to be petted! However, she does not enjoy being picked up, and is not a cuddly cat that enjoys spending time on lots of laps. She prefers for her paws to be on the ground. She comes up to say hello and ask for pets in her own time. She will need ample time and patience to adjust to a new home. Jolly's favorite hobby is going out on the deck to smell the fresh air, watch the birds and bunnies, and catch some bugs! She really enjoys lounging in the sun in her favorite chair out there! She also absolutely loves the other cats in the house and frequently seeks them out to hang out with them and to ask for kisses. Jolly's daily routine includes eating 3 meals a day, getting some exercise, playing with her kitty friends, and lounging in the sun. She could stand to lose a small bit of weight, therefore it would be ideal that she be fed scheduled meals and regular exercise. She likes to steal food from her friends whenever she gets a chance. This sweet lady currently lives in a house with 3 adult humans and 4 cats. She hasn't met a dog, but may do okay with a calm and respectful cat savvy doggo. She hasn't met any children, but because she prefers to be handled on her own terms, would probably prefer a home with older kids, if any. Jolly's ideal home would be a quiet and stable home with no young children. Because of the confidence and companionship that her cat friends provide her, she will either need to go to a home with existing cats, or be adopted with at least one other cat. This lovely lady would also love to be able to go out on an enclosed porch or patio for some safe outdoor time, where she can watch the birds and bugs!

Sissy-Pending Adoption, Female
Domestic Shorthair, 2 years
Sissy is a 2-year-old friendly and loving cat looking for her forever home! Sissy is the type of cat that wants to fit in your pocket! She loves booty scratches, but head pats are a close second. She is learning to be a lap cat but loves to lay next to her human and squish her soft head against their legs.
Sissy makes soft biscuits next to her human and gets so excited she uses her back feet to spin on the floor next to her human. This sweet girl tolerates being held but prefers to have all four feet on the ground. This fancy tuxedo gal's favorite spot is wherever a soft blanket is. As she gets used to a new space, she likes to hide under her blankies but will come out for scritches. Her second favorite spot is where her human is--either lounging next to or on top of her person, Sissy is not picky as long as she can purr and make biscuits to show her love. This pretty girl enjoys playing with wand toys for short bursts but prefers to snuggle instead. Sissy does need to lose some weight, so her adopter will need to find the toy that will pique her interest the best. In Sissy's foster home, they have better luck having Sissy follow them to different spots to snuggle to keep active rather than playing. She lives with one adult human and an adult cat in a townhome. Because of her size, Sissy would do well with a larger litterbox, and a person who doesn't mind sweeping up a little bit of litter after scooping. Sissy gets a little overwhelmed in new environments, so would prefer a quiet home. However, she is mellow and adaptable. If her adopter were willing to give her the right decompression space, she could adjust to a bigger space. The shelter reported she was calm around other cats. Her kid and dog status is unknown; however, she would likely be calm around them too with proper slow intros. Her adopter would have to monitor her comfort since she hides when uncertain. Sissy is so eager to make you biscuits, sit by your side, and receive the affection she has been seeking. If you are ready to let her feel comfortable in a calm, gentle environment, along with helping her stay fit and trim to live her best life, Sissy is so ready to meet you! Please consider adding this lovely lady to your home and your heart.

Charlie & Posy (Bonded Pair), Females
Domestic Shorthair, 1 year
Hello! Our names are Charlie (tabby coat) and Posy (white bicolor coat)! We are both female domestic shorthairs who are currently a little over a year old, and we are looking for our forever home! Hello! Our names are Posy and Charlie and we are ready for our forever home!
The two of us are sisters who are looking to be adopted together into a loving home, without dogs or children. We love being involved in day to day life, following our foster mother around the house and keeping a watchful eye over her day from the highest perches in the room. We are curious and playful, our favorite toys being our feather flyers and the track that we can use to bat around a little plastic ball. When the room is calm, we like to be brushed or pet, and we love to cuddle with our mom's other cat. Charlie has a special diet currently as she has a bit of a sensitive stomach, but we are both eager and consistent eaters at meal times. We would love to meet you and find out if we could make a good addition to your household.

Lilly (FeLV+) / Iggy (Bonded Pair), Female & Male
Domestic Shorthair, 2 years
Lilly and Iggy are the perfect pair of 2 year old buddies looking for their forever home! This adorable duo embodies the definition of opposites attract. Where Iggy is quiet and reserved, Lilly is chatty and lets you know exactly what she's thinking!
Iggy loves relaxing, taking naps, and eating treats. He loves a gentle chin or shoulder scratch and has a deep rumbling purr once you've found the right spot. Lilly loves to watch the birds outside, hunt her foster parents while they walk around, and get as many pets and scratches as she can. Both cats will join you on your lap and snuggle. They aren't sure about toys with bells or that make sounds, but they love playing with string toys and ""the bird."" These cutie pies will let you know when they're ready for breakfast! They like to be petted while they're starting their meals, and then head off to groom themselves and sunbathe together. Because Lilly is FeLV+, this pair cannot live with another resident or adopted cat unless it is also FeLV+. Iggy, however does not have FeLV. Because he lived with her sibling Lilly who is FeLV+, the vets theorize that his body created natural immunities and was able to prevent itself from contracting the disease. How incredible is that?! FeLV is not contagious to humans or dogs but can be transferred to other cats which is why the duo should not live with any other non FeLV cats. But good thing for you, Lilly and Iggy have enough love and personality to go around! Annual vet visits, regular immunizations, and your love will help Lily maintain a normal, healthy, and happy life. You can read more about FeLV here: https://tinyurl.com/ycxhwcmu. Iggy and Lilly would benefit from a home with a calm, loving family. Lilly will warm up more quickly than her pal and will be happy to sit in your lap while you work or watch TV. Iggy will need time and patience, and a quiet place to observe his surroundings. He may be shy at first, but once he warms up to you and gets settled he is very loving. They have not been around children but would probably do well with older kids and teens who can approach them calmly! Both cats will need regular vet check-ups, quality wet and dry food, and to be kept indoors to prevent illness or spreading of FeLV. This is a really sweet pair of cats that will bring someone so much laughter and companionship! Be patient with them as they adjust to their new home, and you'll have two best buds for life!

Momma Kitty, Female
Calico, 3 years
Mama Kitty is a beautiful 3-year-old cat looking for her forever home! This striking calico lady loves attention from people and is specific about asking for it! She tolerates being picked up but will willingly jump onto your lap if you’re seated. She is diligent greets us at the door!
Mama Kitty was a stray cat until June 2024 and raised multiple litters on the street. She is still learning how to be an inside cat, but she’s taking to inside life pretty well! This sassy gal loves her kicker toy and her wand toy with feathers on the end! Mama Kitty also really enjoys lounging in the windowsill and watching the world go by. Mama Kitty is by no means high energy, but she does enjoy having fun with toys and catnip. She’s used to being fed in the morning and night and likes to get pets and attention several times a day. Since her spring rescue (while pregnant) from the outdoor life, Mama Kitty was able to raise her last litter of kittens inside and is now ready for the comfort and care of a forever indoor home! She currently lives in a house with two people, separated from a dog and multiple other cats. Mama Kitty would do well in a home with adults and possibly gentle, cat-savvy older kids. She likes a nice perch to look out the window and someone who will play with her a few times a day, so someone who works from home or is around a lot would be ideal. Because of her litter of kittens, Mama’s protective instincts are still strong, making her especially defensive against other pets in the household. As she is right now, we don’t think she would do well with other cats, dogs, or young kids. However, we also know that her behavior may change now that’s she’s been recently spayed and is no longer raising kittens. If you’re ready to give this beautiful, spicy gal the pampered, loving existence she has so richly earned, please consider welcoming the lovely Mama Kitty into your home.

April, Female
Domestic Shorthair, 15 years
April is a sweet 15-year-old, short-haired cat who loves getting as many pets as possible; she is looking for her forever home to enjoy her golden years! This pretty girl is friendly, curious and playful. She enjoys meeting new people and will ask for pets from anyone she meets.
Sit down with an empty lap and April will be your BFF lap cat for as long as you will sit still. Despite her age, she can still run, jump, climb and play and would enjoy living in an active household with multiple people to give her love and attention. Small, erratic children might scare April at first, but she would do well with school-age kids who want to give her lots of love and play-time. April lived with her kitty "sister" Phoebe until April 2023 when her elderly owner died suddenly. A family member and current foster adopted both April and Phoebe and they moved to their new home. However, the stress of losing their long-time owner and moving from the only home they knew made Phoebe very anxious and reactive. Phoebe started lashing out at April and she has not been able to adjust to sharing the new home with April. After months of trying to help them peacefully coexist, the foster and Pet Haven staff feel it would be best for both cats not to live together. April adjusted easily after her move in the spring so she should do well in a new home after a decompression period. April is up to date on all vaccinations and vet care. She has had her teeth cleaned regularly throughout her life with some teeth needing to be extracted. That doesn't stop her from eating well-in fact, she loves to eat! April has some digestive symptoms such as occasional vomiting and diarrhea. Feeding her using slow feeders has helped her eat more slowly, reducing the vomiting. She is currently being evaluated for IBS and trying a prescription diet. The vet is also monitoring her kidney function as she ages, but no treatment has been necessary yet. The current owner/foster is willing to consider assisting with the cost of April's future medical care if needed. If you are looking for a fun, friendly, curious, loving and playful senior cat to keep you company and warm your lap this winter, look no further. April is a great combination of affectionate and active, but not overly energetic or demanding. She would likely do well with friendly cats, dogs and children over 5 years old. You won't regret welcoming this lover into your life!

Sage & Milo (Bonded Pair), Female & Male
Domestic Shorthair, 1 year
Milo and Sage are a bonded pair of sweet 1-year-olds looking for their forever home! These sweet stripey bffs love to cuddle, groom, play with one another and be cuddled by their humans.
Milo enjoys being on a harness outside and is truly the life of the party. Sage takes a little longer to warm up than Milo, but she also likes pets and snuggles. Sage's favorite hobby is bug watching, while Milo is a ham and needs to be the center of attention all the time. These cuties love to play. They are excited to chase strings and will always check out whatever the humans are into. Like most cats, they enjoy long naps in the sunlight and have their active playtime at dawn and dusk. They currently live with three adults in a house and are the only animals at the residence. They do not have access to any of the bedrooms because we have a lot of houseplants that we needed to separate them from. No special litter box needs for these two, but we prefer to use crystal litter with them because it is less messy and dust-producing than the clay litter--these two do tend to kick a bit in their enthusiasm to cover everything completely! The ideal home for this dynamic duo is somewhere with plenty of high climbing perches, along with someone who is around a lot and has time to play with them. They are very special cats and have such great temperaments. They need a family who is going to be patient with their high-energy needs, and who is willing to provide the love and attentiveness they crave. We also suspect that both cats might have some very mild allergies as they have some sniffles that come and go, so their forever family would have to be okay with working with the vet to help them solve this issue. In all his interactions, Milo is very sociable; we describe him as ""dog-like"". He will greet you at the door and he enjoys being held, pet and played with. He is known to get along with other cats and kids. We have never seen him interact with a dog but believe he would love a dog companion. Sage is a little quieter, but also very sweet. She is most receptive to being petted and held right around feeding time. She gets along with other cats, too; we believe that she would get along well with dogs and cats who give her space when she needs it. These two kitties can be flexible regarding the number of people and animals in the home. Milo would enjoy a highly stimulating environment, whereas Sage might do better in a calmer place, but they will adapt as long as they are together.

Bartholomew (FIV+), Male
Domestic Shorthair, 2 years
Bartholomew is a 2-year-old sweet, mellow cat looking for his forever home! This adorable little guy is curious and mild-tempered. Bart was a semi-social cat living outside with other cats.
He is quiet at first and takes time to warm up to new people, but when he is comfortable, he is VERY playful; this guy loves to be brushed and receive pets. He also really enjoys scratching his cardboard scratchers and playing with kicker toys. Bart loves to chase ribbon/wand toys, he likes to gaze out of windows, he LOVES food and treats, and is always finding cozy spots to sleep in. This guy’s favorite thing is catnip, and if you give him a little pile of it, he makes the cutest face trying to eat it! A friendly boy, Bartholomew likes his play time with his person a lot, especially as he is still getting used to the indoor life. Sometimes he needs to warm up to play time with a treat or some catnip. Otherwise, he is independent and curious. Currently he is in his own room away from other cats but is slowly being introduced to them to eventually be around them if all goes well. (It would not be his fault if things didn't go well, as his foster mom has some spoiled stinkers in the house!) So far, I could see Bart doing well with most types of homes. I would not recommend a home with small pets (guinea pigs, hamsters, etc.), as he did live outside and has some hunting experience. He has not been observed in the presence of a dog, but slow introductions are the key to any new animal relationships and can make all the difference! I think he would really like to be with other friendly young cats in his forever home, ideally. His forever humans will need to be patient with him and should start him out in a small space of his own, like a bedroom or office. He shows signs of great trust with his foster parents but is still unsure and reserved at times. He will be a different cat a year from now; he just needs more exposure to humans and human kindness! Bartholomew had some broken teeth, his upper canines specifically, which are a cat’s longest teeth. Because if this, he gets a bit of a lip curl that is adorable! But he eats just fine and is unbothered by it! He should have only unscented litter, as he may have allergies to the scented variety. This adorable boy is FIV+, but that doesn’t mean he can’t live a long, normal, and healthy life! Cats with FIV commonly have average lifespans. Because FIV is spread only through deep bite wounds, FIV positive cats are able to live with FIV negative cats in stable social environments, and not pass on the virus. You can read more about FIV here: https://tinyurl.com/58sf9wtj. Bartholomew is so happy to enjoy the pleasures of the indoor life, with the right caring, loving humans who can welcome him and help him feel comfortable. If you’re patient and have a calm, friendly cat pal at home, Bart would truly love to meet you!

Mama Lambie, Female
Domestic Shorthair, 1.5 years
Mama Lambie is a 1 1/2 year-old curious, active, young girl who is looking for her forever home! This lovely lady did a great job raising her family and is now taking advantage of no longer having to care for kittens--she's ready for some me-time.
Mama Lambie may be a bit quiet and reserved at first but once she gets comfortable, she is a full-on kitten who loves constant attention and affection. She enjoys her cardio, so you'll often find her running around doing zoomies, playing with the feather-on-the-stick toy, and chasing after balls. Chin scratches are Mama L.'s favorite and she rolls around for brushing and cat nip. She happily gobbles up squeezable treats and can be won over quickly by using them. Mama Lambie doesn't love being picked up but tolerates being moved a couple feet. She can be vocal when wanting attention and may do best in a home without shared walls. Mama Lambie currently has her own room where she loves the tall cat trees in front of the open windows. It is full of fun toys and has many areas to perch. This lovely lady enjoys checking out the neighborhood, so would thrive with a home with a window seat or cat climber to let her see the world. She would also love a home where she has room to run and roam with humans who are around a lot to play and interact with her often. This sweet girl does well with respectful, older children who understand basic cat behaviors, including avoidance. She is slowly being introduced to other adult cats and to small dogs and may need a longer than normal introduction period. She may not do well with large dogs given her history prior to coming into Pet Haven's care, unless the large dog is quite uninterested in any interaction. Mama Lambie has done a wonderful job with her children and is now ready to be the center of someone's world herself. Could that be with you?

Milo & Tigger (Bonded Pair), Males
Domestic Shorthair, 10 years
Tigger and Milo are a 10-year-old bonded pair of brothers looking for their forever home! These boys would love to spend forever in a home with patient, affectionate humans who would enjoy playing with Tigger while helping Milo become more confident.
First, Tigger! He is curious, energetic and playful. This lovely tabby guy is outgoing and always up for pets--he loves it when anyone rubs or gently scratches his chin and back. Tigger expresses his happiness through licking with his rough tongue, and with occasional slight bites--although these can easily be redirected. Tigger is active and enjoys playing with toys; he is especially attracted to the ones with lights and sounds. Second is Milo. He is observant, calm and gentle. Milo is sweet and observant; he is content to stay in the corner watching others play. But this lovely panther also likes to climb--the cat tree is one of his favorite places to stay. Milo will come down when it is his idea--this cute guy is very self-disciplined and not easily motivated by toys and treats. Milo currently lives with his foster and his bonded friend Tigger in a cat-loving apartment. This handsome sleek dude eats two meals a day, in the late morning and early evening. He loves to stay in his favorite cozy places all the time, so he needs someone to chase him around (perhaps with his bff Tigger) to start exercising--or if you happen to have a cat running wheel, see if he'd like to give it a try. They are good with cats, would do well with cat-savvy kids, and are currently unknown with dogs.

Eloise-Pending Adoption, Female
Domestic Shorthair, 4 years
This beautiful cow-cat is equal parts playful and cuddly. She can be quiet at first and will need time to warm up in her new home; however, once she is comfortable, she will show her silly side and will always find ways to make you laugh.
This pretty lady LOVES pom balls and will entertain herself for hours a day batting, chasing, and carrying them around. She also loves to play with wand toys and will occasionally use her tiny meows to ask you to play with her. This busy gal also loves to explore closets and takes great pride in her ability to open all kinds of doors- she's a smart cookie! Eloise also takes great pleasure in sneaking up on her humans while they are doing distracting things like the dishes. She’s also a master of hide and seek. As part of her daily routine, Eloise does need a decent amount of active play. She likes to run around and get her energy out. No day is complete, however, without a good cuddle session. She is a top-notch snuggler and likes to make biscuits on your lap or chest, smoosh her face against yours, and be held like a baby while you read or watch TV. Eloise is happy and healthy; she does require weekly/biweekly ear cleaning, due to a history of ear infections. A vet or vet tech would be happy to show her forever human how to do this if they are unsure. Eloise currently lives in an apartment with one adult. Her ideal home would be on the quieter side and not have small children or energetic dogs. She is quiet about meeting new people and is skittish around fast movements and loud noises, so it would probably be best to have a home without dogs or young children. She was not a fan of the other cats at the shelter, but she was dealing with some health/pain issues at the time. Now that she is enjoying the cozy indoor life, she may be happy to have another gentle kitty playmate.

Cheddar, Male
Domestic Shorthair, 11 months
Hi, my name is Cheddar. I am a playful and friendly 11-month-old cat looking for my forever home! I’m a very curious Creamsicle boy and love to explore every nook and cranny of the house. I enjoy playing and need to investigate every box that comes into the house. Whatever you're doing, I'm likely to follow and see what's happening.
While I love activity and adventure, I also really like to snuggle on a lap for a cozy nap. Plus, I really enjoy being petted and having my ears scratched. I like to explore, play with my toys, watch the birds and squirrels outside, and nap on a human's lap. I enjoy your company and thrive on your attention. I also have a little confession. I have an obsession with bread. If it is on the counter, I will grab it and run. Not just one piece, the entire loaf. If the humans come home from the grocery store and pull a loaf out of the bag, I will excitedly jump and grab the bread from them. Because I’m a curious and active guy, I need to have toys and stimulation to keep me busy and happy. I currently live in a room at my foster’s house. There are two big humans here, and no small ones. They have a cat -friendly dog that I am friends with. I prefer to be the only cat in the house. I do get lonely and might be vocal if left alone for too long, so I’d love a home where I won’t be by myself for extended periods. If you work from home or are around a lot during the day to give me plenty of pets and love, that would be ideal. I haven’t met any children yet, but if they are gentle and used to cats, I bet I would be fine. It would also be best if I lived in a home without shared walls or hallways where I can hear people passing by when my humans aren’t around (this might unsettle me). Since I came in from living outside and am learning how awesome life is indoors, my humans need to make sure that I don’t dart outside when they open the door. I am ready to enjoy the cozy indoor life and need you to help keep me safe and loved. In return, I will give you all the affection and good orange boy vibes you could ever ask for! Come visit me soon!

Arfur, Male
Domestic Shorthair, 12 years
Arfur is a loving 12-year-old cat looking for his forever home! This sweet stripey man is very curious and loves to explore every inch of his space. He loves to sniff around and inspect the scents, furniture, and people around him.
He enjoys jumping up on beds, dressers, couches, and occasionally counters to explore and has even tried to run into the shower! He also is very well trained in that if you kindly tell him 'no', he understands. He also is very affectionate and loves to spend time with his people, whether it's cuddling or hanging out from a distance. This funny guy can be sassy and vocal and will often respond to you if you talk to him. He LOVES mealtime and gets visibly excited about his food. He also enjoys treats, specifically tuna. Please note that he is currently cautious around men, but in time he will warm up given gentle introductions. He enjoys napping, looking out the window and watching, relaxing in his kitty house, cuddling with his humans, and playing with his toys. He LOVES catnip and has a wonderful time playing with the toys that have catnip stuffed in them—specifically, a little knit strawberry. His favorite spot to nap is underneath my bed on a blanket, or up on the edge of my bed. Arfur’s energy level is pretty mild to low, befitting his elder statesman status; he often spends his time napping and lounging, with occasional bursts of energy to play with his toys. He does enjoy walking around our apartment and inspecting everything. He is a pro at snuggling and getting ready for dinner time; this social boy will hang out until bedtime and keep you company. Currently, Arfur lives in a 2-bedroom apartment with 3 college girls. This tabby guy’s ideal home is one with someone who works from home or who is around a lot to give him all the attention, care, and interaction he deserves in his golden years. He will do best in a place with windows for him to look out of and places for him to hide and snuggle up. He also will thrive in a home with no dogs (cats and children are unknown). Per his vet’s recommendation, Arfur is on a special urinary diet to keep him healthy and happy; his forever humans would have to commit to continuing to give him this food. (Arfur does not have kidney disease, however.) This lovely, snuggly boy is so ready to enjoy his golden years in a calm, loving home with humans who can cuddle him and windows with perches to welcome him. If you’re ready to bring that royal touch to your home this winter, please consider adding the noble Arfur to your family!

Tangelino, Male
Domestic Shorthair, 1.5 years
This cutie pie is a snuggly little guy who is short and stocky with bluish colored eyes. He loves to run around the house while playing with his toys. When you pick him up, he wants to snuggle in your neck immediately; that’s his preferred way to be held.
He loves sleeping right on your chest but will also lay on my son’s gaming chair and the cat tower. He is very quick on the laser tag and enjoys multiple cat toys, including cat nip toys. Tangelino is vocal in the morning during food time and when he’s done eating, he likes to run around and play at high speed for a little while. After his cardio sessions, this handsome guy will then be ready for some serious cat naps throughout the day. He can entertain himself and also enjoys socializing with his people. This lovely dude currently lives with one adult, one thirteen-year-old boy, and he other cats (he is separated in his own area) in a house. This spunky little guy is very affectionate and would enjoy snuggles and play time with loving humans, but is also fine entertaining himself for a while until you get home from work. Flash, Female
Calico, 19 years
Flash is a 19/20-year-old lovable and cuddly senior lady looking for her forever home! This lovely lady is awesome. She's can’t hear but she loves to talk—she has a lot of opinions. This beautiful girl does what she wants, when she wants, regardless of what else is going on.
Flash loves snacks, snuggles, and naps. She has three favorite nap spots: The faux-fur blanket on the couch, her fuzzy bed hidden under the end table in the den, and (of course!) in bed with mom. She is an expert napper and tries to steal your food if you’re not watching! This sweet tortie gal is currently in a townhome with 1 person, 1 small old dog, and 6 other lazy cats. She is good with other cats and dogs but will be the first one to start throwing hands and yelling if she's not happy. Kids are unknown, but probably not for her, as she is enjoying the quiet laid back senior life. Flash needs a calm, loving home with people and other chill animals who are just gonna let her do Flash things. She doesn't want to play; she just wants to snack and snuggle. She will thrive in a place with humans who work from home or are around a lot and happy to spend plenty of time with her. She is deaf, arthritic, and has very few teeth left. She gets Solensia injections and eats wet food only. She's ancient. And she's the greatest cat ever. But she's going to need someone who understands her dietary needs and will continue her Solensia shots to help with her arthritis. I know she looks really grumpy, but that's just her expression. She has such a sweet soul and deserves to live out her golden years as the true queen that she is. Please consider adding this beautiful girl to your home and your heart.

Luigi, Male
Domestic Shorthair, 14 years
Luigi is a chill and independent 14-year-old cat who is looking for his forever home! Luigi is a pretty independent dude, but deeper than that he is also a lover. When he's feeling particularly extroverted he likes to approach his humans for a head butts, scratches and cuddles.
When he's not requesting scratches he can often be found laying in front of the patio door basking in the sun and people/critter watching. He also loves to play with toys that he can roll around with. Luigi actually might have been a soccer player in a past life. Second to rolling toys are his catnip toys, he loves those suckers too. He doesn't particularly enjoy being held or picked up and would prefer to keep all 4 paws on the ground. Luigi is a creature of habit and is very relaxed most of the time. He loves meal time and is definitely on top of reminding his human when it's time to eat. He doesn't regularly jump or run around, but does enjoy toys he can roll around with when he has spurts of energy. Luigi currently lives in a multi-level house with 2 adults and one resident cat. Luigi does not prefer the company of feline "friends", in fact he actually quite hates it. He prefers to have his humans all to himself. For this reason, Luigi would thrive best in an adult-only home where he can reign as the only cat king! Because of his lower energy level, Luigi would probably be just fine living in an apartment. Luigi would love to find a forever home with adult humans who are excited about spoiling and snuggling with a solo kitty. He is such a great companion and provides the best moral support, you'd be so lucky to call Luigi yours. So, does Luigi sound like he'd fit in?

Romeo, Male
Domestic Shorthair, 8 years
Romeo is an 8-year-old cuddly cat looking for his forever home! This cute tabby guy is a total sweetheart, just like his name suggests. He adores cuddling and being pet, and his favorite spot is curled up right on your chest, purring contentedly all day long.
Romeo is an 8-year-old cuddly cat looking for his forever home! This cute tabby guy is a total sweetheart, just like his name suggests. He adores cuddling and being pet, and his favorite spot is curled up right on your chest, purring contentedly all day long. He needs a quieter home as this love-bug does not love loud noises and a lot of commotion. He is one chatty cat—especially when he is hungry or looking for some attention. Things Romeo LOVES: *His morning bowl of wet food *Head and back scratches *Exploring under beds and couches *Meowing for more attention or cuddles Romeo spends most of his day sleeping or hiding in his favorite cozy spots, but he'll come out to chat, eat, or explore when he’s ready. He prefers to be fed early in the morning and enjoys a little playtime and apartment exploration, though he's not overly energetic. He lives with one person in an apartment. His foster human is home most days (working from home 3/5 days per week). Romeo enjoys the attention and company of his person, so a similar setup in his forever home would be best. Romeo would thrive in a calm, quieter home with just one or two people who can give him lots of attention. He'd do best in a peaceful environment where he can enjoy his favorite cozy spots and have plenty of quiet time, with gentle companionship when he's ready for affection. A low-traffic household would likely suit him perfectly. He is unknown with cats or kids at this point (but no dogs, please). This super-cute boy is a little bit chunky, so you may need to help him clean himself as he cannot bend in certain ways. It would also be great if his forever humans could work with his vet to get him on some weight maintenance food, so he can live his best and healthiest life. If you’re looking for a super-friendly, loving, chatty boy, then step out on your balcony and invite handsome Romeo in for a visit!

Chai & Latte (Bonded Pair), Female & Male
Domestic Shorthair, 7 years
Chai and Latte are 7-year-old, sweet, curious cats looking for their forever home. These beautiful cream-and-tan bffs are as loving as they are striking. Latte (male) is the more outgoing of the two, while Chai (female) is a bit quieter, but both are incredibly sweet.
They just need a little time to warm up, and soon enough, they'll be purring happily. They're well-behaved, never biting any electrical cords, and they groom each other gently. Both are also quite curious, exploring every room in my apartment with interest. They love looking out the windows and exploring new, unfamiliar spots. They're not too interested in toys, but Latte often jumps onto my bed, gently meowing to wake me up with a happy start each morning. Chai, with her beautiful trilling voice, sometimes shows her belly and enjoys being petted. In the morning, they enjoy their wet food before grooming and settling under the bed for a nap. They come out again when they're hungry, and that's when I give Latte his medication mixed with wet food. Afterward, they groom themselves again and sometimes interact playfully by rubbing against my legs with their bodies, foreheads, and tails, often giving affectionate headbutts. The kitties currently live in a two-floor apartment, similar to a townhouse, with two humans living here, including myself. My roommate and I take care of the cats together. I want them to live in a loving home where they can receive plenty of affection. They would be happiest with big windows and cat trees to enjoy. I'm not sure how comfortable they are around kids, other cats, or dogs, as they have not interacted with any at this point. These beautiful cats would thrive in a peaceful, affectionate environment with humans who are patient and happy to play with them at their own pace. If you’d like to start every day with a Chai Latte, why not add this gorgeous pair to your family?

Finnegan, Male
Domestic Shorthair, 3 years
Finnegan is a 3-year-old cuddly prince looking for his forever home! This handsome stripey guy is very particular and princely. He likes to be pampered and knows how to use his voice to ensure his demands and requests are heard.
It's a good thing this little King's demands are not too difficult to follow, or you may just end up in his dungeon! Finnegan LOVES cuddles and if you sit/lie down, he will be on top of you purring away. He must go to someone who will let him sleep on their bed, as that is his favorite place to be at night. A talented chef, this boy is skilled at making air biscuits and will only drink water that he scoops from his paws. Finnegan can occasionally be nippy when he is overstimulated; he needs to go to an experienced cat owner who can gently and kindly help him redirect his energy. Pro tip: Finnegan loves listening to Orville Peck; whenever he is being angsty, playing Orville will make him relax, purr, and lie down. He does not like full-body pets, but he is very fond of like light head scratchies. Rule number one is do not touch the belly! Finnegan would cuddle with his people all day if he could! He also likes people-watching from the window and loves wet food. During his zoomies he enjoys a laser pointer, cat dancer, or any toy with catnip. He’s a chatty guy and lets you know when it’s breakfast time. Midday, he tries to lure us into naps and is always successful. He'll sit on any available lap and will occasionally chase a toy. At night, his zoomies kick in and he sprints and skids around the room. Once you get into bed, he is there immediately, ready for (you guessed it!) more cuddles. This lovely boy lives in a large room in a house. We have several housemates whom he has met. He is social and loves to meet new people, but can also get overexcited if he encounters too many people in a short span of time. Finnegan's ideal home has 1-3 people and is in a quiet area (not near a highway—the sound freaks him out). He would thrive in a small, cozy home vs a large house. Finnegan is a not a fan of other cats or young children. The chaotic and unpredictable nature of children have a tendency to spook Finnegan, so he should not go to a home with young children. This guy likes to always be the center of attention. We think he may get along with a relaxed, older, cat-friendly dog. This loving but gentle soul most go to an experienced cat owner. He has some trauma due to being left in a carrier outside for days and gets anxious when left alone for long periods of time. His body language is different than other cats and it takes getting used to. He takes about 2-4 weeks to become comfortable and trust people; you'll know he is comfortable when the zoomies kick in. He good-naturedly responds to Finnegan, Finn, Finnypoo, and Finnylicious. This boy has been through a lot and only wants to feel safe and loved! Can you help make that happen, and receive so many cuddles in return?

Boots (Hospice), Female
Domestic Shorthair, 10 years
Boots is a super sweet, nearly 10-year-old cat looking for a human (or couple) to love and spend her remaining days with. She is an affectionate sweetheart who will lie down right by your head and knead your chest and neck. (She is always happiest being on or her human and enjoys snuggling under blankets.)
She is fine with being at the vet but is not a fan of the carrier. Occasionally, Boots will have a spicy moment if you do something she doesn’t like, and will bat or gently nip in protest, but she will never hurt anyone. This beautiful senior lady has stage 3 kidney disease, as well as the cat equivalent of breast cancer. Therefore, she is considered a hospice kitty. This sweet lady will need loving care to keep her comfortable during her kitty hospice. Boots spends a significant portion of the day sleeping under a blanket. She will come out periodically as she wants to, to get love from a human. She is free-fed and gets fresh wet food (unlimited, with Miralax added) 4 times a day. Every other day, she gets a liquid med (Prednisolone) and subcutaneous fluids every other day. Boots currently lives in a foster home with a couple and one other cat. Her ideal home is a kind, calm, relaxed environment, with humans with no other animals or children, who can give her as much love as possible before she crosses the rainbow bridge. This sweet lady deserves to live out her days surrounded by attention, care, and kindness. Can you gently walk beside her on her journey?

Leelou and Theo (Bonded Pair), Female & Male
Domestic Shorthair/Calico, 1 year & 5 year
Leelou is a 5 year old tortoiseshell cat and Theo is her 1 year orange son. They are a bonded pair who are looking for their forever home together.
They are so playful - chasing light reflections around the house, love playing with their many toys and bird watching. They play among each other very well. They love snuggles. Theo is a bit reserved at first but he loves snuggles too. They love to be involved in any activity you're doing but they enjoy some alone time during the day as well. Very loving cats. Despite having a backstory of being used as dog fight baits they are most loving and full-of-life cats. Leelou is an adventurer- she loves to explore everything around the house. Theo loves to chase any kind of reflection and is a big wet-food foodie. They love play time, watching his their fosters do chores, stealing socks, kneading their humans. They would do well as the only two kitties in a house. They can be a bit shy in the beginning - so a less noisy, spacious home would be great. Leelou had some viral papillomas removed from the deep part of her ear canals during her spay surgery. Viral papillomas are like little skin tags that often resolve on their own. They may reoccur. It will be important to have your own veterinarian check Leeloo's ears and to discuss any follow-up plans they may recommend. Leelou is super easy to give meds to and may need a tablet everyone once in a while. If you are looking for a sweet, playful cat duo to add to your home then consider these two!

Binx and Sushi (Bonded Pair), Male & Female
Domestic Shorthair, 3 years and 2 years
Meet Binx (3 years old) and Sushi (2 years old)—AKA bashful and sassy! They’re a package deal that would make a peaceful and entertaining addition to any dog-free home! Sushi is the yin to Binx’s yang. She is inquisitive and oversees outreach for their duo.
Binx prefers snooping from afar and is unexpectedly playful— whip out a feather toy and he’ll take gold for his high jump! When they aren’t licking or chasing each other, they enjoy climbing cabinets, drinking from the faucet, and anything with catnip. Sushi is very self-sufficient and Binx prefers a little playtime to end the day. Throw in a helping of gravy-flavored wet food for dinner and they'll be wrapped around your finger! They thrive in calm environments and are most affectionate during downtime, as they tend to take cuddle shifts. Binx acts like a chunky alarm clock and will wake you up by kneading biscuits in your lap. Sushi prefers 2nd shift and will stick by your side around bedtime. Binx and Sushi are being fostered by 4 adults in a house in Blaine, MN. They are ready to find their furever home! Their ideal home would be someplace tranquil and predictable, perhaps with empty nesters or any quiet home looking for a little spice. It’s unknown how they would do around other cats (no dogs, please); it’s also not known how they would react to children, as they do get skittish when approached too intensely. Gentle introductions would be a must, preferably with quiet older children or teens. This affectionate, fun, charming pair are so ready to bring double the fun to the right calm, loving home. Please come meet Binx and Sushi today!

Sweet Pea, Female
Domestic Shorthair, 3 years
Sweat Pea is a three-year-old, friendly cat looking for her forever home! This beautiful affectionate girl is affectionate and loves to cuddle, an absolute sweetie! She is also playful and curious, always ready to explore her surroundings, watch the window, and play with string toys.
Sweet Pea spends most of the day napping and bathing; she is very clean and tidy. She plays, runs, and jumps at times for exercise. At night she likes to cuddle in bed. Sweet Pea currently lives in a studio apartment with two college students. A larger home (2+ rooms) would be ideal for Sweet Pea, so she can have more space to play and explore. This calico beauty behaves well with most cats when given a slow introduction. She is reserved but well-behaved with dogs. It is unknown how she behaves with kids. Sweet Pea is very interested in any greenery in the house, so her future humans will have to only keep cat-safe plants (or fake plants), and make sure they are out of her reach. If you’re looking for an inquisitive, lovely companion to hang out with this winter, why not add the adorable Sweet Pea to your family?

Dodger, Male
Domestic Shorthair, 1 year
Dodger is a 1-year-old, spunky boy looking for his forever home! He's a super goofy guy. Most of the time, this sweetheart looks surprised at everything going on around him, as if it's the first time he's ever seen it. But he’s very brave, and charges head on into everything!
This fun dude adores his cardboard scratcher, watching the birds by the window, and then napping on ""his"" blanket. Dodger also loves playing with his foster brother Copper. He can go at it for quite a while and gets super into their games! He has an affinity for catnip toys and will tear them apart if they are not durable enough, or if he gets a hold of them for too long. Dodger especially enjoys interactive toys like the sticks with a string and a feather attached to them. So long as Dodger has enough space to run back and forth, he'll take advantage of it! He's more active in the morning, and evenings; if he gets at least an of hour or so of active playing time a day, he's happy and content. When he’s not zooming, he loves to just wander around the house and explore! Dodger has bowed legs, that I was told were from a spinal injury he sustained as a young kitten. He is fully healed, but he still has some sensitivity on the sides of the small of his back, so his forever humans will have to be mindful and extra gentle when touching him there. He is completely mobile, other than a small little skip to his step; however, he will probably require steps to get onto elevated places like higher beds or perching spots. His future family should be okay with providing these to help him live his best explorer life! This sweet boy is currently staying with 2 adults and 2 other fixed male cats in a single-family house. An ideal home for Dodger would be with at least one other active, friendly pet (cat or dog) to bond and play with. He warms up well to other cats, and although he was a bit uncertain with the small dog he encountered, he was curious and not aggressive. Kids would be great, too! He is a social guy who loves to be loved and would do wonderfully well in a family home with people who are around a lot, where he can get lots of pets and attention from everyone. He also needs to be an indoor-only cat as he is scared of the outside and had some bad experiences there during his pre-rescue days. It’s exclusively the safe and cozy inside life for him, please! Dodger is a fun, silly boy who is so ready to give all the love and laughs to his forever family. If you’re ready to hit a home run with a real champion of a cat, please apply today!

Zane and Zander (Bonded Pair), Males
Domestic Longhair, 9 months
Zane and Zander are lively, 9-month-old kittens looking for their forever home! Both boys have a lot of energy and love running around and playing with each other. They are also extremely loving towards their foster and never stop purring!
These cutie pies are obsessed with toys on the end of sticks and will do midair gymnastics to beat their brother to the prize. When they have exhausted themselves with their wand-chasing antics, these guys then enjoy lounging on a box or people-watching out the window. Their energy level is consistent with kittens—they’ll go through bursts of energy followed by a good nap or lounge. They do have nightly zoomies around 9:30/10 pm. Currently these cool dudes live with one young woman in an apartment. She is gone for 10 hours a day, and they have been doing fine on their own. However, they would also enjoy life with humans who are around frequently to help keep them out of normal kitten mischief while showering them with attention. Zane and Zander would thrive in a home with plenty of space to run around, with a family who enjoys kitten shenanigans and is happy to give and receive lots of attention. The boys’ lustrous medium-length coats will also need some grooming assistance on occasion, to help prevent mats. They get along great with each other; I have not seen them with other animals, but their previous foster said they did well. They would be good with children but maybe not very young kids—they do still have their claws and sometimes they forget this fact; they also sometimes love-bite when excited, so older children/teens would be best. This pair is active, fun, with plenty of joyful energy to bring to any kitten-loving family. If that sounds like fun, the adorable Zane and Zander would love to meet you!

Lou Purrigno (FIV+), Male
Domestic Shorthair, 5 years
Lou Purrigno is a 5-year-old sweetie with hulk cheeks, looking for his forever home! Here’s his story, in his own words: Hi, I'm Lou Purringo, the hulkiest cat in town. I ended up here after I was kicked out of the Avengers; they didn't appreciate my gentle giant approach to being the Hulk.
Just kidding—actually, a kind lady had been feeding me for a few years outside, and when she got me fixed, the vet found out I was FIV+. That's not a big deal, but because I have a weakened immune system, it was recommended that I live inside. Luckily that lady really cared about me, contacted some rescues to see if they could help me and thankfully, Pet Haven said yes! Now I'm safe inside, warm, and happy. My fighting days are done, and I just want to get along with everyone. I don't mind other cats, but I don't really seek them out—although the foster kittens in my current house are funny to watch; they have so much silly energy! Sometimes I'll even try playing with their toys because it looks too fun to resist. I'm still learning how to play with toys. So far, I enjoy wand toys and catnip toys. But my favorite thing to do is sit on laps and get lots of pets. I also enjoy sleeping with my human; I can be your little spoon! I'm sweet, cuddly, and super mellow. My big cheeks are perfect for smooching. I recently had a dental cleaning, and they even extracted some broken teeth, so my superhero smile is good to go! I currently live with one female human and several rescue cats of varying ages. I’d do best in an easygoing home with a calm, friendly vibe. My FIV status is nothing to be afraid of. FIV is only transferred through a deep penetrating bite, and since I'm a lover not a fighter, there isn't a risk of me transferring it to another friendly kitty. FIV is not transferable to dogs or people, and FIV cats typically have average lifespans. You can read more about FIV here: https://tinyurl.com/58sf9wtj. I haven't met a dog yet, but if they're low key and respect my space, I should be okay with a slow introduction. I'd also be fine being your one and only, if you work from home or are around a lot to give me the love and attention I thrive on. After my dramatic earlier days outside, I’m content to be your lap pal and very best friend, curled up next to you and defending your home against all those pesky invaders. Please come meet me soon. Forever families, assemble!

Dinner Roll, Female
Domestic Shorthair, 12 weeks
Dinner Roll is an adorable 12-week-old kitten who loves to purr, looking for her forever home. This beautiful girl is reserved at first, but she will start up her purring machine the minute you pet her.
She has typical kitten energy—plays hard and naps hard. With her curious kitten nature, she will need enrichment in the home with lots of things to explore—and they don’t need to be costly: empty boxes, crinkled up paper, brown paper grocery bags (make sure to cut off the handles) and ping pong balls are all big hits with kittens. Dinner Roll loves wrestling with her siblings and playing with all kinds of cat toys, including wand toys. She also loves being an explorer and climbing atop the cat tree. When it’s time to rest, you’ll find her curled up in a hammock or a soft bed. This little lady is very social and doesn’t like to be without one of her kitten buddies. She gets along well with other cats, is unknown with dogs, and would probably be okay with older, respectful children (younger kids tend to be too loud for her comfort). Dinner Roll would thrive in a quiet home with affectionate humans who are excited for lots of kitten shenanigans. She will need to go home with one (or both! Get the whole Thanksgiving feast!) of her siblings (Green Bean Casserole and Sweet Potato Pie), or to a home with another active, friendly young cat to show her the ropes. This pretty little girl is learning to trust and feel confident around humans and is so ready to meet you. After all, everything goes better with a nice Dinner Roll!

Sweet Potato Pie, Male
Domestic Shorthair, 12 weeks
Sweet Potato Pie (SPP) is a 12-week-old, cat-loving kitten looking for his forever home! This adorable orange guy loves adult cats; if he sees one, he'll run right up to him and start doing what that cat is doing. This has really helped him learn to trust people.
He’s an active boy who enjoys wrestling with his siblings, playing with wand toys (really all toys!) and climbing up the cat trees to survey his kingdom. He’s also a big fan of some affectionate butt scritches from his human. SPP plays hard and naps hard, in typical kitten fashion, and has a hearty appetite for his wet food and Temptation Treats. When it’s time to crash, you’ll find him napping in hammocks or snoozing in his soft kitty bed. SPP loves having his butt scratched. This cute dude lives in a home with one adult human and multiple adult cats, along with his equally sweet kitten siblings, Green Bean Casserole and Dinner Roll. He would do best in a quiet home where he can continue to gain trust with other humans. SPP does great with other cats, is unknown with dogs, and would be fine with older, gentle kids (younger children are too loud for his tastes). He will need to go home with one (or both!) of his siblings, or to a home with another active, friendly young resident cat to show him the ropes. Orange guys are known for their fun personalities, and this guy is no different! Are your ready for some kitten joy this holiday season? Why not top off your Thanksgiving experience with some extra-sweet Sweet Potato Pie?

Green Bean Casserole, Male
Domestic Shorthair, 12 weeks
Green Bean Casserole (GBC) is a 12-week-old cute kitten looking for his forever home. GBC has two curved black marks above his eyes, like eyebrows giving him that ""surprised"" cartoon look.
This sweetie pie loves wrestling with siblings, playing with all kinds of cat toys, especially the ever-popular wand toys. GBC has bold kitten energy—he plays as hard as he naps afterwards! He will thrive with lots of places to run, play, climb, and explore to get his kitten enrichment! He has a good appetite and loves eating his wet food and tasty Temptation Treats. When it’s time for the morning workout, GBC is up climbing the cat tree and stalking his siblings, Dinner Roll and Sweet Potato Pie. When they’re all tuckered out from chasing and wrestling, it’s into a cozy hammock or a soft cat bed for some snuggles and rest. Like his siblings, GBC always likes to have a feline pal around. This handsome boy currently live in a home with one adult, his beloved kitty siblings, and multiple adult cats. He gets along very well with other cats, is unknown with dogs, and would be fine with gentle, cat-savvy, older kids (young children are too loud for his comfort). GBC will thrive in a calm home with either one (or both!) of his siblings, or in a home with another active, friendly young resident cat to play with him and show him the ropes. This little guy is doing so well learning the ways of cathood and gaining confidence with humans. If you’d like to invite him and perhaps one or both of his siblings into your family, GBC would love to meet you! No Thanksgiving would be complete without the Green Bean Casserole, right?

Penelope, Female
Domestic Medium Hair, 4 months
Penny is a 4-month-old, spunky kitten looking for her forever home! This little ginger lady has a FULL personality with plenty of sass to spare! She walks around like she owns the place, eats like there is no tomorrow, and clearly believes everyone is only here to see her.
Penny loves to play! She has a vibrating squeaking mouse that she likes but can turn anything into a toy. She likes to lounge on her cat tree. This brave little baby had a rough start to life! Someone took her away from her mom too early (just a couple of weeks old) and then dumped her outside. She may likely be inbred, so has a few quirks like bowed legs but nothing that the vet believed would affect her long term. Because of her stressful start and lack of "mama cat guidance," she occasionally will nip when overstimulated as well as sometimes mark her territory. Penny should go to a home with patient, loving people who can help her redirect her energy while making sure she feels confident and loved--with the easing of stress, her coping behaviors should lessen and then end. This high-energy gal will need plenty of attention and playtime with both humans and other animals! She loves to explore the house and meet all her furry friends, whom she will boop on the nose if they get too fresh with her. Penny also does NOT like to share her food and will growl if other animals approach her bowl while she eats. This adorable girl would love to be in a lively home with plenty of people and animals to play with. She needs to go home with another Pet Haven cat, or to a home with a confident, older resident cat to show her the ropes and teach her the finer points of feline etiquette. (Penny is fearless around animals and her spicy attitude can be overwhelming to other kittens; therefore, she would do best with a teenage or young adult cat as her forever friend in her new home.) If you're ready to add the perfect dash of Ginger to your holiday season, please come help this strong little lady start her new life of comfort, compassion, and love.

Rodney, Male
Domestic Shorthair, 5 months
Rodney is a 5-month-old playful but so cuddly kitten looking for his forever home! This sweet tabby is one of the calmer and chiller guys of the multiple litters I have raised. He will play hard but mostly enjoys napping and cuddling with his people/other cats.
His two speeds are "active play" or "deep sleep" ...nothing in between! This cutie-pie also loves a good feather toy or any interactive cat plaything. Rodney rarely if ever gets into the harmless "trouble" that is common to young cats of his age. This boy is a gem! He lives in a single-family home with 2 adults, 2 young children, 1 dog and several other cats. He spends 50% of his time in a cat room with 4-week-old kittens and the other 50% of the time with free-range access to a two-story home. He would do great in an active home with kitten-loving humans, where he could befriend both people and animals. He is independent and curious, while at the same time being quite the cuddler. Rodney has been around his littermates, adult cats, dogs (large and small) and children since he was 3 weeks old. He does great with all of them. He will even seek out my 5-year-old child for attention and playtime. He will need to go to a home with an active young resident cat, or with one of his Pet Haven bffs--his brother Cody would be a fantastic choice, as they were rescued together from the same colony. They enjoy taking kitten naps together and even groom each other so they look their very best. Want to add a lovely, funny, adorable member to your household? Consider taking Rodney (and Cody!) today.

Cody, Male
Domestic Shorthair, 5 months
Cody is a 5-month-old curious cuddler looking for his forever home! He is fun, quirky, explores constantly, and will fall asleep hard in your lap. He wants to be around people whenever he can.
Cody likes to climb things and will play for hours with something as simple as a bottle cap or as intricate as a battery-operated cat toy. He calmly walks right onto your back if you bend over in front of him. This adorable guy has two modes: Playing and sleeping! He will stay on your lap as long as you are petting him. When you're done, he is very accepting of it and will head off to play (until the next petting session). He is a very typical playful, cuddly kitten. Cody currently is in a foster home with 2 adults and 2 young children. He lives with 1 dog and several cats. He spends 50% of the time in a cat room with 4-week-old kittens and the other 50% of the time he is "free-range" in a two-story home. He would do so well in an active household with people who are around a lot to laugh at his kitten shenanigans and give him plenty of lap time. He is a bit mischievous (all in fun and hilarious) but if you don't want kitten energy, he is not for you. This sweet boy will have to go home with one of his littermates, or to a place with another active young resident cat to show him the ropes. A friendly guy, Cody does great with all people and animals. He has been around his littermates, adult cats, a large dog and a small dog since he was 3 weeks old. He also lives with a 5-year-old and an 8-year-old child. He loves them and seeks them out. They can even hold him and walk around the house. If you'd like to add some hilarious fun to your family this winter, please consider meeting the adorable Cody!

Chevy, Female
Domestic Shorthair, 1 year
Chevy is a very friendly, young (13 months old) female cat looking for her forever home! This pretty tabby-striped girl was found as a stray by a friendly couple, who took her in and gave her the love that she deserved until she was ready for foster care.
Chevy loves gentle cuddling; she is also eager to play and be involved in everything the people around her are doing. She is very sweet and chill, with zero fear of strangers. She currently lives with her foster family of two humans and four other cats in a house. Chevy would thrive in a house or apartment in which she could be around people, gets lots of love, and cuddle to her heart's content. She needs to be in a place with family members who work at home or who are around a lot, to provide lots of opportunities for her to get and return attention. Bobbi, Female
Bobbi is a 2-year-old, beautiful orange kitty looking for her forever home! This gorgeous little pumpkin is a lovely girl who loves to nuzzle into your face while receiving forehead kisses.
She prefers to keep her 4 paws on the ground, as she doesn't particularly enjoy being held. But don't worry, she often approached her humans for love and affection. She enjoys nibbling on human fingers and will give a (very) high-pitched meow if she's hungry or not receiving the attention she deserves. Bobbi enjoys waking up very early to get some energy out and play with her toys, especially her catnip toys. During the day, you can find her curled up on a heated blanket or grooming herself (as well as everything around her). She prefers to play by herself and is still getting used to not playing/chewing on things she shouldn't, no matter how tasty they look. With gentle, kind redirection, she should continue to improve and learn. Bobbi still has an energetic kitten inside of her but is also a chill girl who loves a good nap. She loves a good cuddle and will sit there purring for hours to let you know she's still close by. She usually ends the day with a few big stretches and some kisses to her human's face. She is currently living with four college girls in a small Minneapolis apartment. She enjoys staying in her foster's bedroom and isn't very interested in exploring the rest of the house. Bobbi has not been around other cats or dogs before. She is very against being picked up, so might not be suitable for young children--older, patient, cat-savvy tweens or teens might be best. This beautiful girl is currently being treated for an ear infection but is on the mend and should be cleared to go soon. If you're ready to add an adorable orange girl to your family, please consider meeting sweet Bobbi!

Athos and Porthos (Bonded Pair), Males
Domestic Shorthair, 4 months
All for one and one for all!" Athos and Porthos have all the great qualities of the famous musketeers of Alexandre Dumas' famous novel. And you're in luck because these four-month-old sweethearts are looking for their forever home!
The gorgeous, bonded brothers (and identical twins) Athos and Porthos sport lovely green eyes and white bikini tummy tufts. Porthos is larger and more assertive, while Athos is gentler. They have big purrs and love to snuggle! Both brothers enjoy teaser wands, cat tunnels, cat perches and looking at nature programs on TV. They are active, fun, and highly affectionate companions who enjoy a loving, human home. They have been hand-raised since rescue at the tender age of 5 weeks old and love human company; they have only known love and kindness. Athos and Porthos will be neutered soon and will be ready for adoption after that. These boys are robust, healthy kittens who have a highly common eye virus condition, which they received from their mother. They benefit from a Lysine additive to their daily wet food, so their forever humans would have to be on board with administering this supplement. These active swordsmen have perfect litter box habits and normal, healthy kitten appetites. Wilson is a happy, chill, 4-month-old kitten who loves cuddles, kids, dogs, and cat friends alike. He's a playful kitten who loves all types of companions and he can't wait to find his forever home!
He's a social, go-with-the-flow guy, and is happy being near his people or his pet friends. He'll make a toy out of anything and loves his naps just as much as his playtime. Wilson can often be found reading with his 5-year-old human, trying to get our big dog to play, or wrestling with his kitty siblings. He loves wet food and crunchy treats alike. Just like any kitten, this little panther needs room to run, but he loves to nap just as much as he loves to zoom around. Rascal, Female
Domestic Shorthair, 4 months
Rascal is a sweet little 4-month-old kitten, searching for her forever home! This cute panther is a bit reserved at first, but once she warms up, she's a little love bug.
She's playful and fun, but this pretty girl needs a little extra time to acclimate to her surroundings. Rascal loves snuggling with her dog friend and her siblings. She enjoys some good human snuggles but might retreat if people are too loud around her. Gentle is best with Rascal! This beautiful girl loves having room to run around with her siblings, and comfy places to snuggle. She lives with 2 grownups, a 5- and 8-year-old, a 4-year-old large dog, and 2 adult boy cats. She loves everyone, and is a truly sweet girl. Rascal would do well in a more mellow home. I think she would be okay with kiddos if they are respectful and are patient with letting her settle in. She really loves our big dog, adult cats, and her kitten siblings--she seems to get along with everyone as long as they let her lead the way and set the pace, and do not approach her with loud noises or fast movements. This lovely gal will need to go home with another kitten or to a home with an active young resident cat to help show her the ropes. Could that be with you? Why not get a little Rascal of your very own?

Scrabble, Female
Domestic Longhair, 4 year old
Scrabble is sassy 4-year-old, long-haired lady looking for her forever home. She is a retired mama who is done raising her kittens and ready for the easy life with plenty of toys and treats!
Scrabble is fearless and outgoing from the first time she meets you. She isn't much of a cuddler but likes to be near people. This stripey gal often likes to sit on the couch or the floor near you while you watch TV, but she's not typically going to get in your lap (unless you have a Churu). She goes nuts for almost any kind of toy but particularly loves balls or springs to bat around on the ground. She is super happy to entertain herself with her toys or birdwatching out the window; she also loves giving herself a manicure by scratching, so it's a good idea to have a couple of scratching posts or pads for her. Scrabble can be a bit mouthy when she is in the middle of playing, similar to the way kittens can be a bit nippy--it's not malicious and does not usually hurt. Scrabble has a misaligned jaw which makes her the Queen of Bleps, as her tongue often sticking out. It's unclear if she sustained an injury or has a birth defect, but in any case, her jaw does not seem to cause her any pain or issues. She is a messy eater with dry food but it's nothing a placemat won't fix. She is also a bit droolier than your average cat (in particular when enjoying one of her beloved Churus). Scrabble loves food both wet and dry; she might benefit from something like an automatic or timed feeder, so she doesn't bug her humans too much when she is hungry. Besides mealtime, she is a very tidy kitty and takes very good care of her long soft fur; her forever humans will need to brush her regularly to help her keep her lovely coat in tip-top shape. Scrabble uses the litter box very well. Scrabble truly enjoys being in the mix of household activities. She is fairly high energy for an adult cat and is always happy to be playing. Her other main priority is making sure she gets her breakfast and dinner on time! Scrabble lives with two adults in a quiet home with several other older cats. Her high energy can be off-putting to the other cats (she loves playing amped up games of chase, and they aren't always into it), so she primarily lives separately from them in her foster home. Scrabble does not seem to mind life as a solo kitty however, because it means more attention from you. She is very outgoing and would do well in a variety of households, as long as her people were around a lot to give her the affection she seeks. Since she can get nippy when playing, she may not be a best fit for young kids. She would be better with older kids and is currently unknown regarding dogs. Scrabble has an upcoming dental appointment on 12/3, so will not be able to be adopted until after that (and potentially a bit later, factoring in any follow up or recovery time). This energetic, adorable gal is so ready to live the good life in a cozy, loving home that can support her vibrant personality and give her the care, attention and company she enjoys. After all, who doesn't love a good game of Scrabble?

Sapphire and Ruby (Bonded Pair), Males
Domestic Shorthair, 6 months
Ruby and Sapphire are bonded 6-month-old brothers ready for their loving forever homes! These boys are truly gems. If you're looking for a gorgeous pair of sweet tabby tiger brothers, these are the kittens for you!
They have lived with other kittens and do very well. They have not been around children or dogs but would be fine with well-behaved of either kind after a very gradual introduction time. Sapphire and Ruby both love robust play and enjoy snuggling with human guardians even more. Ruby is a true athlete who loves to climb and jump; he's lighting fast on a cat wheel. Both boys love teaser wands, play tunnels with toys, and watching nature programs on TV. They are medium level with energy. Sapphire loves a lap, and Ruby enjoys snuggling right nearby. Both of these bonded, gentle boys enjoy pets and kisses. Best of all, the love they show for each other will melt your heart. Ruby has big, sparkling Puss-in-Boots eyes and both brothers have soft, plush tabby coats. Sapphire is more outgoing while Ruby is more reserved socially. Both were hand-raised from rescue at 10 weeks old and are gentle, loving kittens; they have only known love and kindness. Since they were born to a feral mother, they have a high startle reflex with sudden movements or when there is a high level of human activity; their background makes them a bit more reserved with new situations and new people. Make an inquiry today to come see them in Foxhill Fosters for Pet Haven; please visit this website to see more photos and videos: https://www.foxhillwayzata.org/foxhill-fosters These handsome jewels are ready to meet you!

Raven, Female
Domestic Shorthair, 3 years
Raven is a gorgeous 1-2 year old black cat looking for her forever home! Raven is a petite girl full of sweetness and spunk. She loves people but she is initially shy with new ones, although she’s getting quicker and quicker at warming up to strangers as she realizes how nice they all are!
She has a beautiful glossy black coat, the tiniest tuft of white on her tummy, and HUGE eyes! She reminds us of Toothless from the movie How To Train Your Dragon. Raven is playful and curious—she is always on a mission, whether that is exploring new places to nap, running sprints with her foster brothers, or winding around her human's legs asking for pets. Raven also likes to perch on people's shoulders and rub against the back of their heads- so cute. Raven is rambunctious when she is active and sleeps for the rest of the day. She likes climbing up high and would be great in a home with a cat tree or other tall cat-friendly furniture to climb. Raven currently lives in a 2-bedroom house with 2 people and 2 cats. She does great with other cats! She likes to play and snuggle with her foster siblings. Even though she isn't technically a mama cat, she loves young cats and kittens and apparently took all the kittens under her wing when she was in the shelter. She would do fine with kids, but probably would be most comfortable with older kids with more predictable movements- she is very suspicious about anything that feels like chasing and would probably give younger kids a wide berth for a while. Dogs are unknown- she does great with cats and might be great with dogs too, but we can't say what her experiences with dogs were like in the past. Raven would be great in a home with another cat or two to play with, or a person who has energy to tire a cat out with daily play. She will totally blossom in the right house, she is a sweet girl with so much love to give her people!

Kabo, Female
Domestic Shorthair, 3 years
Kabo (affectionately nicknamed Chonkers) is a super friendly, adorably awkward middle aged kitty looking for her forever home!! Kabo is one of the most endearing cats I've ever fostered!! I can't believe she has been in the shelter for over a year! She's so friendly! She loves to talk with you and has the greatest scratchy meow.
When she makes biscuits, she only does it with one paw. She's also very round and has skinny legs, so she can lose her balance when she gets really excited and will sometimes get a little grunty when she purrs! It's so cute! Overall, Kabo is a laid back, low energy girl. But if you play with her, she loves to play. She could stand to lose a couple of pounds, so playing is great exercise. Kabo loves to snuggle with her person, lay on a cozy blanket and nap, play with her kitty friends (although, I think she would be fine as a solo cat, too), and she loves to dance! Kabo currently lives in a townhome with her foster mom, an elderly little dog, and a plethora of kitty playmates! Kabo could fit seamlessly into most any home. She is playful, but self sufficient and extremely tolerant of any changes that come her way. Do you have a home looking for 4 extra paws and a lifetime of love? If so, Kabo would love to meet you! Apply below!

Otto, Male
Domestic Longhair, 2 years
Otto is a 2-year-old cuddle bug looking for someone to shadow all day long! And you’re in luck, because this snuggly boy is on the hunt for his very own forever home! Plain and simply, Otto ADORES humans. He doesn’t like closed doors and prefers to have you in his sights at all times!
That doesn’t mean he’s high maintenance though, and is perfectly fine being left alone during the day and napping. He prefers to nap on laps and be allowed into the bedroom at night, but is also learning it’s ok to have his alone time, too. Otto loves doing laps for his morning zoomie time. He’s overall calm throughout the day and is always down for playtime but otherwise is a sleepy boy! He loves to sing (howl) when his humans are in different room. For playtime, he loves all types of toys and can entertain himself in a cat tunnel, with cat siblings, or with a wand toy or cat laser. He’s respectful of human belongings and finds ways to keep busy. Otto currently lives with two foster parents and a cat foster brother. His fosters believe he could thrive in a variety of homes, including an apartment or families with children. He does require a more active home to wear out some of his energy, and one that provides plenty of love! Overall, Otto is the definition of a sweet and lovable cat. His affectionate and social demeanor makes him the perfect addition to just about any home. So, if you’re looking for a snuggle buddy to cuddle up to this holiday season and beyond, look no further, Otto is the perfect boy for you!

Harry (FELV+), Male
Domestic Medium Hair, 7 years
Harry is a fuzzy, friendly 7-year-old guy with feline leukemia looking for a forever home to call his own! If you want an exceptionally chill cat who will love you on every chance he gets, Harry is the guy for you! After at least 4 years on the streets, we'd all understand if he was a little worse for the wear, or scared of humans, or still learning how to do indoor life.
However, he seems like he was born to be a spoiled house cat! Make eye contact with him and he's immediately purring and making biscuits, and then marching over to stand on his hind legs and stretch up to head butt your chin. He is passionate about grooming himself, getting his chin scratched, and eating wet food. Harry is a simple man loving his simple indoor life after the challenges of life outdoors. He wakes up late, has his breakfast (usually with a little conversation - got to fill his human in on the exciting dreams he had), leans in for some morning pets and head bumps, and then goes back to sleep. He'll get up periodically during the day for snacks, head bumps, grooming and maybe some birdwatching, but is very low-key and content to just laze around. He gets excited for his supper, and then sleeps soundly all night long before repeating again the next day! Harry currently lives in a house with two adults and another FeLV+ cat. He's not particularly interested in the other cat, but does love both humans! Given his low energy levels and lack of curiosity or explorative tendencies, he'd be fine in an apartment, condo or house - as long as he's got humans to pet him, he will be happy. Because Harry is FeLV+, he cannot live with another cat unless they are also FeLV+ - that's fine though, as he would likely be happiest as the only cat getting alllllll the human love! FeLV is not contagious to humans or dogs but can be transferred to other cats. Annual vet visits, regular immunizations, and your love will help Harry maintain a normal, healthy, and happy life. You can read more about FeLV here: https://tinyurl.com/ycxhwcmu Harry hasn’t met a dog in foster care yet, so we don’t quite know what he’d think about them. We think he would like kids though - he seems to really like people in general and has shown no fear of fast movements, unexpected noise, or being pet all over! Harry would be perfect for someone who works a hybrid or flexible work schedule - he is an excellent and respectful work-from-home coworker but also very fine being on his own most of the day. He'll greet you with just as much gusto and love if you've been out of the house all day or if he's just woken up from a nap on your desk! He would prefer to be an only cat so that he can monopolize the chin scratches. Harry really is one of the sweetest, friendliest, most loving cats out there. He will bring so much joy and so many snuggles to whoever adopts him!

Stewart, Male
Domestic Longhair, 8 years
Stewart is a 8 year old cuddle bug looking for his forever home! Stewart loves his humans and will follow you around the house to keep you company! He enjoys a good nap on the couch (especially when snuggling). You’ll always know when he’s happy since he has quite the loud rumbling purr!
Stewart is fairly low energy and is trying to lose some weight, so he needs some encouragement to move around. He is very well behaved! He enjoys playing with toys on a string and toy mice! He will play then sit on his toys once he gets tired. He also LOVES being brushed! This chunky boy currently lives in a home with 2 adult humans. Stewart would do great with a family who can help promote exercise and play while also giving the best snuggles around. You may notice his mid section is shaved. When Stew came into care, he was so overweight he couldn’t properly groom himself. He was shaved to make himself more comfortable. The good news is that Stewart has responded incredibly well to his weight loss regime! He has already lost 7 lbs since being in foster care! His goal is to continue to shed his weight at a rate of 1 pound per month. He’ll need to be adopted into a home that plans on continuing to promote Stew boy’s healthy lifestyle. Stewart can get nervous with large groups but comes around pretty quickly! We think he would do great with cat-savvy children but unsure how he would feel about dogs. Overall, this chunky boy is looking for a home where he can cuddle and snuggle his favorite people while also moving his body several times during the day! He’s such a happy-go-lucky boy who would make a welcomed addition to most any home! --------------- Stewart is having a dental procedure done on 12/10. He will be ready to move to his forever home after his procedure.
