We are proud to announce that Pet Haven has earned a 2020 Platinum Seal of Transparency
by adding more in-depth information to our Nonprofit Profile on GuideStar.

By sharing these metrics, we’re helping the animal welfare non-profit sector move
beyond simplistic financial ratios to assess nonprofit progress.

We chose to display quantitative metrics such as the number of animals rescued, the number of animals surrendered by the owner, the number of adoptions, and euthanasia.
to represent how hard Pet Haven is working toward achieving our mission.
We believe data collection is an important part of our work and to be transparent within that data builds trust from our community.

We’re proud to use GuideStar Platinum to share our full and complete story with
the world. To reach the Platinum level, we added extensive information to our Nonprofit
Profile: basic contact and organizational information; in-depth financial information;
quantitative information about goals, strategies, and progress toward our mission.
